The hotel is nice, it was only 10 minutes away from the location of the office I was traveling to. A LIDL is nearby, and a McDonalds which I didn't visit. Staff was nice, room was excellent.

One night I came back to find out my card wasn't working. I called a number and got a card for another room, but I had to wake up early and I couldn't leave until after 7am when the staff came and I was finally granted access to my own room so I could pack. I had to take a taxi to the airport, which was 10 times more expensive than getting the S-Bahn, but I was in such a hurry that I couldn't just spare the time. That was the only problem I had with the hotel, but as I mentioned, I got a new room to sleep in and the girl in the breakfast area offered me some juice while I was waiting. Oh, also the button to pull down the blinds didn't work. Lucky for me there were no tall buildings on that side of the room, so I am hoping nobody saw me walking around in my undies

Everything! Clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. Modern and everything is brand new. Only a 15min walk to train station. There are shops and restaurants nearby all in walking distance. ALDI’ and McDonald’s and other markets. Quiet area Some reviews I read said there are no curtains on windows. Well this hotel is so modern that they have electric shades outside of window. You have to touch switch on wall and shade comes down. So you leave window open. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. All doors in lobby open by pressing switch. Front desk closes at 10pm but your room key will open side door. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Oktoberfest. Great stay!

The process was smooth. They allowed me to check in early without many questions.the staff was always friendly and nice. When checking out, I was in dire need of cash because my next hotel for check-in only accepted cash on arrival if booked directly from their website and my card was blocked and on a Sunday, it meant I could possibly not get any cash and only use my apple pay connected to my phone. I asked the lady at the reception if she could give me cash and I can pay with apple pay. They didn't need to help me still she asked her senior colleague and they politely told me it's not possible but still suggested me options to get cash elsewhere. I am really grateful for people like that who go beyond their way to help someone especially a stranger! Thank you and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay as well!

Everything was great. The only difficulty was with the connectivity as there was only a bus stop nearby and you had to walk a bit for the closest u-bahn but from the point of view of services provided by the hotel, I would rate it 11/10!

Really friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and public areas and the breakfast at 12EUR pp is great value with a good amount of choice. Location is a bit farther out but it's lovely and quiet over the weekends. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Block out shutter work a treat for a nice, dark room to sleep in. Quick walk to the bus stop outside Hagebaumarkt and then the U bahn takes about 20 minutes to Marienplatz. Loved the heatrd towel rails, hooks and shower caddy in the bathroom! Also enough shelf space and storage space in the bedroom.

A bit noisy in the morning during the week. View from our room looked onto a storage area - not a big deal as we weren't going to be in the room most of the day. The windows could do with some sheer curtains - there are block out shutters that work really well, but it would be nice to have privacy and still let in the natural light without worrying about the office workers across the way seeing in. None of this would deter me from staying again! :)

the hotel is very good, staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, the furniture modern, everything was perfectly clean. the bed was very comfortable and, most important, the surroundings are so increadibly quiet, no outdoor noise whatsoever, this made for an excellent rest. also, being far away from the city center, it is very practical to reach by car

if you move around by car everything's might be fine, but if you plan to travel by public transport the hotel is quite far away from the city center, it takes about a 15 mins walk to reach the closest station and then another 15 for the U-Bahn ride. there is however a bus stop within 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to the U-Bahn, which might comes in handy when the weather is not so friendly

New building, so everything -bathroom etc was nice and new. There was an Aldi next door which I used to buy breakfast and lunch for the day. Reception staff phoned me to make sure I was able to make my way to the hotel which was very much appreciated.

I think for the average person it might be a little far from the nearest u-bahn but it was absolutely fine for me -maybe a 15 minute walk. I think there was a bus stop though near the hotel if you’re not a walker. Stick to the main roads and it’s fine.

We found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty!

It was a shame that the kitchen that was part of the room wasn't useable - the fridge was turned off, and we had hoped for a kettle. Also, at one time there was an issue with the parking garage, where there wasn't any space for our car, despite us having booked space. But the staff dealt with the issue as soon as we spoke to them and reimbursed the pre-payment, and the next day we had a space, so it was fine.

Very nice rooms with microwave and Refrigerator.

Terrible location of the Hotel on on side there is a airconditioning business which is really loud in the morning on the other side are very loud Immigrants who scream at each other and where the police had to be called in the past.We had to ask to move which they did.It is too bad because the people and the facility is very nice

Nice and modern rooms to stay in, close to Aldi, McDonald’s and a short walk to other restaurants. Receptionists are friendly and willing to help. The rooms don’t come with cutlery but we asked reception and they were more than happy to supply them for us.

Quite far from the city centre, a few train lines were down due to rail upgrades which made it a bit difficult.

The staff were friendly and the location was reasonable access to everywhere was only a short walk to the bus.

That there was a minimum stay before you could have kitchen utensils for the apartment the are advertised as apartments if I wanted a hotel room thats what I would have searched for as I stayed 6 days.
