Very clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. Very supportive and attentive reception manager. The hotel is located very close to the metro, and there is a supermarket below the hotel where you can buy everything

It is far from the city center, which means that you will definitely need to use the metro. It would be desirable to have a refrigerator in the room Since the subway is very close, you can hear the sound of the train early in the morning

Everything was good - hotel is relatively new and clean, rooms and beds basic but comfy. Just what you expect from budget accomodation. Also location is great, very close to S-bahn and surrounded by beautiful park and lovely neighborhood just across the main street.

All was great apart from staff who could not care less. One day (18/02) after the houskeeper knocked I told her that I am just collecting my bag and leaving so she can take care of the room. 30 sec later she was nowhere to be found. I had a look and the moment she spotted me, she turned around and literally run away. Receptionist assured me that the room will be cleaned but in the end noone came until the next day. Not very nice experience.

Nice room design, nice bathroom with a double shower head. Very comfortable, wide bed and pillow. Adjustable aircon/heating, tv, usb plugs. The hotel's elevator takes you straight into the supermarket on the ground floor. Possibility of free parking nearby. Close railway station. Quiet residential area.

The rooms' hallway is accessible by any stranger, since it's not protected by the room key nor controlled by the reception. The neighbourhood is just residential, therefore not that rich in services (no restaurants, just one café). A bit expensive. The trains of the nearby station run every 20 minutes, unless you walk 10 minutes south to catch the subway (U-bahn).

Although the hotel is a little bit off the city centre, it is just a few train/subway stations away, and the area is quite laid back. The breakfast is quite sumptuous, but not included in the original booking fee. The staffs are friendly and the whole place is clean & tidy & not short of sunlight. There is even a big supermarket on the ground floor sharing the same hotel lift!

The room is clean & tidy but not what you can call spacious. It's good enough for two of us. If there is one extra chair in the room & some more hooks in the toilet for hanging it would be better. But in general it's a very nice place anyway.

Had a really good 5-night stay here, room was a decent size, clean and warm enough, the bed was comfy, liked having a proper window to open too. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, some of the best croissants + pain au chocolates I've ever had too! REWE shop right next to hotel entrance was a handy bonus too (though keep in mind it's not open on Sundays).

Only really lacked tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room but these are luxuries. Location not too close to U-Bahn but trains on nearby S-Bahn every 20 mins to city centre so could be worse. Not a lot going on in Sendling area that I could see other than construction but I didn't really explore it much.

When our train out of Munich was cancelled due to heavy snow, we, along with hundreds of other travelers were looking for a place to stay. We booked the hotel and while it was off the beaten path, the staff was lovely and helpful. There is a market attached to the hotel with a hot good buffer, so we could grab dinner and snacks right from the hotel elevator without going outside. The snow was so bad that all transportation was closed, even taxis so it was great to have the food option available. Room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was available if you wanted. The price was great considering other places jacked up their costs due to the heavy demand from stranded travelers.

It was a ten minute walk from the underground that took us close to half an hour because of the snow and lack of shoveling in Munich. We were frozen by the time we got there. Not the hotels fault, but Munich doesn’t require people or businesses to shovel so we walked in 16 inch snow piles. Not fun!

Everything was perfect. Communication with the stuff, reception, spotlessly clean, shover was fantastic, everything was new and very comfortable. The big plus is that is pet friendly which for me is the most important cause I travel with a dog. Also, hotel has a garage ( which is affordable for Munich prices) and you can park your car also in the streets near by for free. Metro is 10 minutes by walk and train is only few minutes by walk. Train is the best option to go to the centre. Highly recommend this hotel and is now my number one choice when I will go to Munich. 🥰🥰

Everything was excellent. 🥰🥰

I liked everything about the hotel except for one disadvantage below. The location is nice: 4m walk to the S-bahn station and then up to 10-15m to the city center. The room corresponded to the pictures and had everything necessary for a stay. It was warm and comfortable. The staff was also welcoming.

One major issue was the sound isolation. It felt like the walls were made from carton, because I could hear all conversations in neighboring rooms, not even mentioning a loud TV.

The young man that was at the front desk when I checked in and picked up my luggage was wonderful! I had a problem with the Wi-Fi, he gave me another one to try and it worked perfectly. I asked for a normal chair because there was only something soft I could sit on. He said, I could take one from the breakfast area, I still needed to work when I arrived. He offered me a tea on the house, when I asked about the cost. It was nice after a long day. And when I came for my luggage, he looked for something smaller that I could put my leftovers in since I needed to catch a long train ride. I’d come back just because he was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but I stayed on the 24th -25th April.

Although I got the basic room, a hard back chair could be good for those on business who need to work. Or if they know the guest is coming for work, maybe put one in there beforehand. I also missed a tea kettle for the evening.

We chose it because it was dog friendly. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Room was safe and secure. Easy to get to local transportation. Amazing friendly manager! Loves that the elevator opened into a Rewe- really handy when travelling with kids.

First impression of the area was pretty grim, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault. Lots of garbage , not a lot of ambience. And no garbage cans anywhere - had to walk pretty far to get rid of doggie poop bags. Doors to rooms nice and heavy to keep out sound but also equipped with automatic closets so they slam LOUDLY , unless you think to slow it down. Pretty irritating if you are trying to sleep.
