- very good location in munich south close to s-bahn some shopping facilities the hotel is new so very clean

- there is no parking place in front of hotel (public ones which are always occupied). not easy to drop off and get in or get out at the hotel - the breakfast was definitely not a four-star hotel - limited options - the room was smaller than appear in pictures

I loved the unobtrusively eco policy of the hotel. The music in the room and bathroom is a great idea! The staff was very helpful, made us fell at home, all speaking good English. Also loved the rooftop atmosphere. Could have spent the whole night there, never mind the cold.

The breakfast was pretty much the same both days. Also it could be good to have some food (like sandwiches) during the whole day. We had trouble finding dinner the first night, so we had to order from takeaway. Still the staff helped us finding, but it would have been easier to have an option in the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay really enjoy this concept of modern, well decorated hotels. Everything is brand new and high quality (shower, kitchen, closets, wonderful lights in the room) Close to train station, silent rooms, Car parked right in front of hotel for free (there are ~10 spaces) Nice speaker in the room and multicolor light system Staff very friendly. Residential neigborhood Edeka, Aldi, RossMann supermarkets 2 min walking Forest 4 min walking distance

AC was not working had to change rooms. (1st time lady came with tool opened electricity tableau and fixed. 2nd time I informed, she offered the tool to fix it myself opening electricity tableau, which i refused) - laundry cost 5 euro, dryer 3, total 8 euro bring your own detergent and no laundry baskets - windows need some cleaning on exterior - lamp above table is too low - dishwasher small, dishes provided in appartment do not fit in, and missing some more extra dishes, forks, - have to turn on TV to find wifi code - I am used to viscoelastic pillow, in this hotel the pillow style is different (fluffy but featers move anywhere) - For some reason kingsize bed comes with two individual duvert covers. Also August is too hot for duvert

Nicely designed hotel, brand new, great breakfast, good coffee. Ample (for us at least) free parking space on location in its own garage. Located in a quiet part of town, 100 meters away from the subway that takes you in the center in 10 minutes. Our room came with a well equipped kitchenette and nespresso coffee maker. Good restaurants in walking distance. I loved that the Brazilian theme carried over into the breakfast options.

Never figured out how the airconditioning worked, didnt seem to be doing anything. However, the quiet location and non-roadside windows allowed us to leave the window open during the night. A hook to hang coats would have been nice.

Room is very modern and confortable with a full equipped kitchenette (with Dishwasher!). parking for car available at additional cost.

New hotel with a quirky vibe. Very comfortable and well equipped. Parking was available for a charge in the hotel car park but we found on street parking easy. Near to the S-Bahn for a quick journey into central Munich. A relatively short walk to the Isar river, parks and local restaurants and shops.

So new that there were some points that need working through: lack of shampoo etc (not sure if this is deliberate), dishwasher provided in the kitchenette but no dishwasher tablets (are guests going to buy them for a 1-2 night stay?), Nespresso machine in the room but no capsules, milk or sugar? If these things are not provided they need to be easily accessible for guests.

Everything about this place was fabulous! I loved the Brazilian vibe. The hosts were very accommodating to meet all our needs. The rooms were beautiful and the Hotel was within walking distance to the train station. Breakfast and coffee was great. There was a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance as well. We could sit in the lobby at the tables in the evening with friends and enjoy happy hour and listen to music. There is a roof top terrance but the weather was not accommodating for that yet. I would stay here again!

If you want to visit Munich and at the same time also doing some work from home, then this hotel is perfect for you. Supermarket is only 5 min walk from the hotel. Bus station just in front of the hotel. Suburban train just 5 min walk away. You can also reach the city centre with the suburban train in 10-15 min. The room is roomy and clean. There is a free coffee and tea for the whole day. Kitchen and microwave is available in your room. The hanging seat in you room is so comfy. This hotel is also located in a very quiet surrounding. Best stay in Munich so far.

Parking is a bit pricey 19€/day. If you don't mind parking your car on the street, then it will cost you nothing (pay attention to the parking signs).

Good price for a decent location with friendly staff in South Munich. The rooms are colorful, with fancy lighting, satellite tv and a rather small bed.

Expensive garage but free street parking, if you can find a spot. Did not try the not so inviting breakfast. but the "Caipi" was right!
