The location was convenient and ideal; S-Bahn, nearby eateries and a supermarket on the door step. The nearby Sendling Park also provided a breath of greenery. If lucky, as we were, you can also find free parking directly outside the apart hotel, or nearby. The size of the room was plentiful for two, the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep, and kitchenette stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. Room and surfaces were clean, balcony a wonderful addition, Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly, checking in and out simple and swift (weekend).

Not complaints per se, but to point out: only two coffee capsules offered for the stay; only a microwave and not an oven provided as per facility list; no dishwasher tablets or other washing up utensils provided - these all weren't an issue for us. Though we didn't use it, the laundry facility in the basement offers a washing machine and tumble dryer; with prices being €3.50 and €2.50 respectively, and 50 cent coins being only accepted. No washing detergent etc. were seen provided either. Our Standard Double room had a breakfast bar and stools for dining, so seating could be uncomfortable after a while. The fridge and/or bathroom extractor fan made light noises at times during the night, when more noticeable, but they stopped after a while when not in use.

Self contained apartment only 15 mins by train from the centre of Munich so a wonderful location. Information provided for check-in was easy to follow and we had no problem arriving outside of office hours. The apartment was very clean and facilities were excellent for a short stay. The nearest train station was less then 5 minutes walk with direct trains to Munich. We were able to leave our bags at the office on the day of check-out and collect them later in the day. We would definitely stay again.

Difficult to cook anything too much as ony 2 hot plates and limited kitchen utensils. This could be an issue for longer stays.

- Minor things that i have to mention - Only one toilet paper roll - the one hanging outside had only little left from the previous guest. - Wifi limit to 2 devices ( it won´t be a problem for most guests, i was unlycky since I had 3 devices ) - Very loud cleaning prsonal in the morning ( that´s the biggest issue )

Excellent room, very clean, great location. Less than 500 meters from the S-Bahn (Mittersending). Everything in the room was in tip top shape and felt new. Loved the Nesspresso Coffee Machine. The only complaint was for the bed. Not sure why, but we didn't sleep well at all. Maybe it was the pillows. The bed seemed comfortable ... Otherwise, this is a GREAT place. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern self contained apartment. Comfortable bed. Close to the train station and only a 10 minute train ride to city centre. Washing machine & dryer available in basement (at an additional cost). Staff available on site. Felt very safe and secure. Close to supermarket.

No air conditioner and it was quite warm during our stay. Fan was provided which helped.

good location, the recommendations in the room brochure were useful, spent a quiet time on our check-out we discovered the rooftop terrasse and we regret that we didn’t get to go there and have a drink or just hang out.

the tv had very little english-speaking channels available, but that’s just a small inconvenience a small breakfast would have been appreciated but didn’t ruin the stay (there were recommendations of places to eat nearby which was nice)

The receptionist was very helpful. The apartment was quiet and very close to S-Bahn, a minute walk. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony that every room has was a very nice addition. Highly recommend it for a budget travel that's not a hostel.

The floors were obviously not cleaned.

We had a really pleasant stay and the room was super lovely and comfortable. Location is great, takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the city center. The staff were very helpful and understanding. We had to check out early and left our bags outside reception office which was still closed. They kept our bags and helped us retrieve them even when reception was already closed when we got back. We had a really nice stay and we wish we could have spent more time there!

Very nice, clean, brand new appartment. 1 minute walk to S Bahn. Perfect bed and good shower. Small kitchen included. I visit outside the office hours, but all was arranged well, key cards via pin code at the front door. With S Bahn very close to city center.

Nothing, the only disadvantage is that in the direct erea there's not so much to do, but imho that was not a problem.

These apartments are a great place to stay for a few nights in munich. Right next to the S-Bahn line 7 which takes about 15-20 mins to get into the centre of the city. There is also a REWE supermarket nearby which is very convenient for buying stuff to cook in the kitchen. The heated floors were very nice after a day in the snow.
