nice and clean room, bigger bathroom than I expected, very good breakfast with some options even for vegetarians, friendly staff

A little bit far away from the city center but it’s a good option if you come by car or you can just use the public transport I didn’t understand which are the policies about deposits. I paid a 100 euro deposit, the guy who checked-in before me paid 50 euro and one of my friends didn’t. Anyway, they unblock the deposit right when I checked-out so there wasn’t any problem waiting for returning it as I still wait to get the deposit back from the rent a car company.

Only use to change towels staff Nadeem from morning shift. and when I checked in on 4th July 2023 there was a lady I don’t remember her name from afternoon shift she also as very professional and kind.

I parked the car and went to him to notify him but told me that sorry there is no parking. While there a parking in hotel which i already parked.

The hotel was lovely, staff efficient, bar/restaurant was really good and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. I loved the music in the restaurant, we came in from our day out and the music made us come for a drink due to the atmosphere Location was ok, so close to the underground which was a 15 min journey into the city centre you get on a aidenbachstraße and come off at Marienplatz and super cheap! Also love the quirky lights in the lift

We got told we had to pay for something at the bar but we paid it at the bar at the time as their machine wasn’t working at the time, make sure you get the bill at the end of your stay. Also in the rooms the maids walked into our without knocking 2 hours before check out. Made reception aware.

Everything is super clean, staff is amazing and helpful, great location. Our room was on the top floor so it was really lovely. Rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom with amazing towels and provided amazing shampoos/soaps and everything. Everything is just on point, there is no view really, it's above the street, but I didn't mind one bit. Ooh, there is a store with a lot of plants nearby, love it!

I could be wrong, but I believe there is no parking with the hotel. Being a person who always travels via car, it was a tiny bit frustrating, but not impossible to find a spot.

The breakfast, though not included, was exceptional. The room was big, the bed comfortable... everything you would expect in a midrange hotel.

Took rather a long time to check in. Asked to put an extra €50 on the bill in case I used the restaurant but when I tried to charge a bill to the room, it didn't work. What's the point then? The service in the restaurant in the evening was memorable as there were some difficulties in the kitchen and the men at work just couldn't handle the pressure without making it clear that they were stressed! More Ken than Barbie as the woman in charge of the breakfast service was efficiency personified. Getting to the centre is not straightforward, especially when there are problems on the U. Would have liked a Smart TV.

We stayed in a 4 pax room where the other 2 pax sleep on sofa bed. They were kind enough to put the bed sheets and the pillow case for the sofa bed, making the bed quite comfortable. The breakfast spread is the best out of all the breakfast we had in other hotels throughout the whole stay. There is also a table and a mini kitchen for the room so light cooking is possible as there is also microwave. There are also multiple eateries surrounding it. However the nearest transport is a bus. The nearest train station is at least 9-11 mins walk away. Surrounding the hotel are multiple grocery store that are priced quite cheaply.

They forgot to do room cleaning on the 2nd day of our stay even when we had put out the tag which states that we would like the room to be cleaned. And on the 3rd day where we reminded them to cleaned it, they did change the towels all however the rubbish is not cleared out.

The location is good, nice & tidy well maintained hotel. Interior design is on point. WiFi was perfect for working from the hotel. A dog friendly hotel, whom I always travel for work with. Breakfast was rich and fresh with choices.

The Hotel restaurant is pretty bad, definitely understaffed as long waiting time to order upwards of 20 minutes. The food is not on point with the rest of the hotel. Long wait times to pay too. The front desk is also confusing as they start checking you out then they take another guest and they go back to you.

We stated 3 nights there. The Hotel is clean and newly furnished, next to the Lidl Supermarket and 7 minutes walk away from the metro station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach to the Marienplatz with 2 bus/metro.

the heating system was very very noisy, unable to sleep and had to shot it off at nights. I asked to the reception but they said it is because of the fresh air intake of the main system but it is unrelevant. The room temperature had been set from the center, can not be changed. They did not refilled anything in the room (tea-coffee machine capsules, water).

The room was clean and a moderate size. An easy walk to the train station with a good breakfast buffet.

We paid for our hotel over booking.com prior to arrival. Despite telling this to the reception staff and showing we had paid on our app they charged us a second time for our stay (at inflated Oktoberfest prices). While mistakes happen it took multiple calls and emails to both the hotel and booking.com to get our refund actioned, despite being informed on leaving this would not happen in the first place!

nice stylish rooms, staff at the reception great and helpfull, all clean and modern, good location, close to metro and bus station.

the service in restaurant was poooor! the food was ok, but the staff in the restaurant was big disaster :( no interest about the client, taking orders while seating on the bar….) Next morning during breakfast staff was ok (but to less employee to serve guest in time and prepare the tables for new comming guests), styling of the food was not proper to this kind of hotel, missing food at 10:00 . it is a pitty, because the hotel itself is very nice.
