The staff attended and supported our requests quite exceptionally always with a friendly attitude. The breakfast buffet is very good and the Caesars restaurant is also great. The rooms (exclusive suite) are comfy, big, well equipped and feel new and of high quality. Affordable luxurious option. Big beds with comfortable and clean sheets. Sofas and large chairs add a notorious hype to the room. Clean and elegant bathrooms, bath robes available under request. Very close to a subway station in the south of Munich.

During our stay at the most expensive suite, we experienced problems with the fuse for the power in the room during the night, and the room card key stopped working several times for no reasons so we needed to change them repeatedly. No laundry service after covid.

Staff was super nice, especially mr. Nikola and a lady whose name I didn't get. Room was also nice, everything was clean. I really liked having an electric kettle in the room so I could make tea in the morning and a small fridge to put some things in. Good food in the hotel restaurant. A couple other restaurants within 10-15 min walk away. There's a nice burger place just 2-3 minutes or so from the hotel.

The bed was kind of weird, like too soft in places, so it was hard to find a good position to sleep in. I also didn't like that there was an adjoining room separated by a door inside the room, but fortunately there was no one there till the last night and then they weren't noisy either.

Staff was very helpful. Free parking possible, there is an underground garage too. Our Executive room was very large and had a very large bed. Free baby cot, refrigerator, large bathroom, complimentary bottle of water... Everything in the room was good except the windows.

The windows have a weird lock, you need a special key for unlock, which was not available in the room of course. We could not close the open window and could not open the closed ones because they were locked. As there was an open window, also the air conditioning did not work, because it works only if the windows are fully closed... I realized this problem at late hour unfortunately. You have to solve this problem, the windows should not lock themselves! Breakfast room is too small for such a large hotel.

The hotel seems to be very new, very clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious (for our small family of 3) with the basic needed facilities. The hotel is very close (2 mins walk) to an underground metro station and is very convenient to travel to and fro to the city. Since it is outside the main city area, the surroundings are clean and quiet. No issue finding a parking spot on the street. Parking in the hotel costs 12€ per day. Overall a very convenient and comfortable hotel I could recommend further.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed, it was a little dated but I like that classic look of leather and marble. The room (The executive) Was massive, far larger than most rooms at the same price point. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, a wide array of choices to fit anyone's tastes.

The bed was not very comfortable, The mattress seemed a bit older and had some collapse. The phone in the room did not function properly and the toilet ran incessantly. When I spoke to the staff about it (I spoke to two different individuals) they seemed apathetic about any of the issues. Nothing that would keep me from staying again, just some age-related annoyances.

The hotel receptionists were all very friendly and ready to help. The undergrund train station is very close which will take you to the heart of Munich in less than 15 minutes. Very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. The electric roller can turn the room into total darkness. Garage is spacious and easy to navigate. The price is moderate for Munich.

The windows kept all noises from outside out. But the door and floor did not. I could hear people passing and guests from other rooms using bathroom. The bed is a bit too soft for me. I got a bit back pain on second day. But this is only for me. Other guests might like it and feel very comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel located in the south west part of Munich. The hotel is located in a quiet area, approximately 25 minutes (with public transportation) far from the city center (Marienplatz) and is very close to the Machtlfinger Straße subway station. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and quiet and soundproof. Free parking slots are available in the streets close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very cost-effective solution for a short stay in Munich.

We visited in Aug 2022. The room size, furniture and bathrooms are really nice. We got executive rooms. They were so grand. The front desk staff is v helpful. Restaurant is very nice, service is good and not expensive. Train station - 5 min walk and a direct train to Munich central was the best thing.

I wish the rooms had air-conditioning. But it was fine with the portable fan they provided. The fridge would not cool properly in one of the two rooms. The common space near the elevator also gets very hot.

Room was very large and well furnished. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast typical for German hotel. The in-house Italian restaurant was excellent.

Bed was very hard and creaked when you turned over (think it was quite new). Housekeeping did not arrive until circa 16.15 on our first full day, at which point it was inconvenient for them to clean as we had just returned from a day out and were trying to sort ourselves and clothing out after a typical Munich rainstorm. They did not come back later (presume their shift had finished).

For what we pay, it exceeds the expectations. Great facilities, family-friendly with great playgrounds, pools, trails. Very helpful staff to change the pack0-and-play into an low extra bed for our toddler.

The location is far from the downtown, although it is not too bad to take the train there. The way to the airport is far and may take you more than what you think as the train runs every 20 min and it is likely that you will miss one or two to get there.
