The location was excellent.. hotel was clean and very nice .. staff are friendly, especially the FO team room was OK, small but OK 👍

The hotel is not equipped by connected rooms for family, but they gave use 2 rooms next to each other instead

The breakfast was worth the add on for sure! The receptionists and staff were all very friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. The kids had fun in the pool and the train station was an easy walk from the hotel. Our family especially liked the apartment style 3 room and kitchen area to have to ourselves.

The rooms were too hot and we were told to ask for a maintenence person to fix them but were busy touring around and forgot. It isn't nearby many things we would want to go to, ie. restaurants, shops, etc and probably a good 20-30 min walk to tourist things.

It's an excellent hotel, the location is great.Its very close to haecekrbreucke Station, tram and bus stop is just on the opposite side of the hotel, staff was super friendly and very accommodating.The room was really spacious and very clean, the bathroom was very modern too.I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there when visiting Munich again.Staying in this hotel was a super relaxing experience and its good location made it very easy to explore munich, marienplatz and karlzplatz are couple of train stops away.Entrance and lobby of this hotel was great.

I liked everything about this hotel.

Great location , easy access to U-bahn and the tram station is just at the front door. Staff was friendly and rooms were quite clean. I'd stay at the same hotel for my next stay in Munich.

I called the reception that the TV was not working properly as soon as we checked-in ( about 3:30 pm) they said they would sent a technician, unfortunately nobody showed up. When we are leaving for dinner at 5 pm, I informed them face to face once again, suprisingly I was told that "the technician" was not available anymore as he left for the rest of the day. Honestly speaking this was quite surpising to hear that such a huge hotel is depending on just a one technician. I didn't make an issue but I was expecting they would fix it in the morning by informing "the technician" , unfortunately they didn't fix the problem during our stay.

The room was very comfortable.

What I didn’t like is that I had booked the the room for two days through this app, on Sunday I received a called from the staff to tell me that I didn’t do the check out and so I told them that my check out was on Monday, then after a while they said that my reservation was still good but when I arrived to my room my key did not work, so I went downstairs again and then she asked the same thing if I had booked it only for one night so then I had to explained to her that I had to booked it for 2 nights, so then they asked if it was made through different apps 🙄 or different transactions, so I had to explained again that I had booked it through booking.com and I had to showed them my reservation on my phone. It was very annoying.

The room is quite large. The breakfast ( about 13 Euro) is good with wide selection. The location is quite convenient. From Munich Hbf coming to hotel we can use tram #16 and #17. ( only 2-3 stops) S Bahn station Hackerbrucke is 150M from hotel.

The furniture is rather old especailly the small sofa (the leather showed cracks) Room has an air conditioner but room temperature stayed at 26-27C no matter how low we set the temp and hopw long we keep the A/C on.

Location, for us, was great. Close enough to walk to the center in 15 minutes, but outside enough to be quiet and away from too much hustle and bustle.

The shower needs a bit of updating. No where to hang towels or clothes. Hotel out of towels for the pool so we had to use the towels from our room, and then couldn’t get replacements until the following day (the day we left). No option to wear a swimsuit in the sauna. I don’t feel comfortable being one nude woman in a sauna full of nude men. I don’t mind if they don’t want to wear a suit, but the fact that swim suits were prohibited was disappointing and I couldn’t use the sauna.

good location. comfortable bed. swimming pool was nice. breakfast was great. We are staying in this hotel every year. We love it.

we was trying to change our booking from one room to the 2 rooms and it takes a lot of time. we tried manage it before arriving but hotel staff says call to booking, booking staff always refers to hotel. at the end we didn’t figure it out before arriving to hotel. Hotel helped us to manage our booking only at next day. I think, hotel and booking needs better communication.

The size of the rooms were great! Very spacious for a group of three. Bathroom was also spacious and functional. There was complimentary water offered and the pool facility was good. Staff were great and welcoming. Amazing beer garden walking distance from the hotel.

Whilst it’s close to public transport, still a bit of a walk to the main city centre/plaza. Having said that, there is a tram stop right in front and a train station 4 mins away. The pillows in the room were very flat.

The location was good near the metro and bus station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Front desk personnel were professional and cane in help where needed specially a young lady who helped us manage a Taxi at checkout which needed interaction with the Taxi driver himself. overall it’s a nice hotel to be at this beautiful city.

Seems the breakfast can be improved quality wise. The satff at the breakfast area doing their best even with the place being fully occupied.
