The accommodation was good and good location.

The temperature control in the room could not be controlled. This was confirmed by staff who I asked. This is a very poor design and a waste of energy, windows had to be left open to control the temperature in the room.

Clean. Close to station. Room is spacious for family. The small kitchenette is good since many restaurants were closed on holidays. Also breakfast is included, nice staff! Recommend

Improve breakfast, bigger choice and better quality

The hotel is very nice and modern, beautifully designed. The staff was very nice, always helpfull, had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately. also allowed us a late check out free of charge. The room was highly equipment, brand new things, could do a nice dinner using the kitchen's equipment. The room was very big, had a lot of space. Highly recommend the hotel and definitely will return.

The breakfast can be improved a little bit. I was missing more vegetables, and maybe an option of ordering eggs as I wished, but it was ok. location is a little bit far but we knew it so we used the subway a lot. walking to the center takes 15-20 minutes which we did on daylight.

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The location is very good. The hotel is not far from the centre and the tram and metro are nearby. We also enjoyed a Bavarian and then an Italian restaurant in the area.

The lights needed a minute to start after entering the room. One of the lifts is a bit confusing; it doesn't go to the parking garage. The public parking garage, which is connected to the hotel, is huge and you have to be careful to park your car near the lift for the hotel. The breakfast room is big and comfortable, with a living-room feel, but there might not be space for everyone. (It is so homey that some people seemingly forget that they are in a hotel and talk too loudly.) The pieces of fruit at breakfast might not be particularly fresh.

Lots of space and large beds. Good fridge which was quiet. Good soundproofing. Large Tv. Free WiFi worked well even for streaming Netflix so did not need to upgrade. Right next to shopping centre with lots of food. Mountain View from balcony. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Access to good fresh coffee & teas in the breakfast area 24h was good.

Too hot and not able to adjust the temperature so had to open window which then made the room noisy - very quiet with window shut. No fan in bathroom. Reported on first day and never fixed. Safe also broken - fixed but broke again within 24h. Daily clean to empty bins but did not always top up toilet roll or change towels we left to be swapped - front of house staff always very helpful to resolve issues. Sometimes ran out of glasses and mugs during breakfast so had to use paper take away cups.

The breakfast

Room was spacious and excellent facilities (though we did not fully utilze them), Friendly and helpful staff (special mention of the cheerful receptionist and the an ever-smiling/helpful man at breakfast room- I wish I asked their names). Tram to city centre within a short distance and a good shopping centre in adjacent building

Breakfast place could be arranged a bit better to suit families.. More variety of breakfast options will be great..

The queen studio is spacious and well designed for comfort. Kitchen well equipped for simple meals and there is a communal laundry for a small charge. It was the most comfortable stay we had after 2 months’ of travel. The location is a bit far from the town square but walkable. Train station is 15 mins walk with luggage. There are also a small shopping centre and supermarket nearby but there aren’t that many attractions in the neighbourhood. A big plus is the 24hr gym.
