i liked that it is close to the station, just either 1 metro stop or 15min walk (we walked). you can have access to coffee and tea 24/7, which is really nice, especially in october coming home and having the option for a cup of tea. room size was ok and you have enough space to store you lugge and clothes. breakfast was small in terms of space but you had a very nice viraty of food. bed was comofortable but the size of the pillows was very small...

for breakfast there was no lactosefree options presented... which is think in todays world it is a must at least milk and cheese. there is no fridge in the room which for this price and this type of hotels it is a must. we stayed in room 501 which was the highest floow, but above us or right next to us there is a school of some sorts and chairs and table were pulled even late evening... sometimes even during 1am at night... so not sure if this noise is present in all rooms but for us it was not too pleasent, the hotel did not mention anything about this in advance

Cute and clean hotel in a good location. Walking distance to food and shops, and the underground station was about 100 ft away. Staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and I really enjoyed the 24 hour complimentary coffee maker. I also loved the towel warmer in the bathroom! Overall I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.

I stayed on the 5th floor and I was constantly hearing what sounded like furniture being dragged across the ceiling at all hours of the day. I'm not sure what that was but it was very weird and kind of annoying. That would be my only complaint. Also something to note is that if you book a double bed, it is two twin beds pushed together. It was fine for me as a solo traveler but if you are two people be aware because it could be uncomfortable as the bed will separate.

Modern facilities, well kept room, super clean, very quiet, well designed. Central location, 5 stops to Marienplatz, 3 stops to Karlsplatz, 100m from U1 and very close to tram station. There’s a coffee station available 24h where you can have coffee or tea or hot chocolate for kids. Very convenient!

The heating was not working well but when we complained they immediately offered to change rooms and when we denied they offered a heating panel for the night. So no big deal! There are not shops or supermarkets close by. No view. It is located in a small street looking at Lowenbrau factory, basically a big wall.

Location was good. One stop to Munich main station and from there 2 stops to Marienplatz which is the town centre. Drinks machine was good, you get free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc 24 hours a day at reception. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly.

The air conditioning did not work for hot and cold. I went in December ( its cold ) so wanted to heat up my bedroom. Was told they don't work in all hotels in Germany which I don't believe. Also tv kept switching off after a couple of minutes as wifi stopped working and tv worked with wifi. So gave up on the tv and just used my mobile.

Great location near the Stiglmaierplatz, where you can quite easily connect to the central station and tram stations. The room was spacious, heating facilities provided. Good Wi-Fi connection in the room and around the hotel. Breakfast was good as well (selection of jams, cheeses, vegetables and more). Benny was incredibly helpful in providing tips for attractions and transportation.

No mini-fridge in the room (but the staff will keep whatever you need in the hotel's refrigerator).

The rooms were great, decently sized and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a parking garage available on site, but it's also possible to park on the street (both need to be paid extra). There was a coffee and tea maker in our double room (but not in the single room), but there's also a machine for coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the reception that you can use 24/7. Location is okay, super close to the subway, and somewhat close to the centre by foot.

The breakfast was way too expensive

Room was cosy with a large bathroom and good shower. Nice wide windows with a view towards a private garden. The bed was a good size and came with two separate blankets. Down at the lobby you can get free coffee + teas. You can also request them to provide a kettle for free for your room.

The TV was not compatible for screen mirroring (iPhone 10/13). So we couldn't stream Netflix etc. The pillow was a little thin, there is also a bolster pillow, but naturally this doesn't help much when you want to sleep.

The hotel is very modern, all furniture is new and the rooms are stylish. Location is wonderful, you can easily reach the main railway station and the old town on foot. Moreover, there is a metro station almost in front of the hotel door for the rest of the city.

For some reason the place felt cold and not cozy for us. Maybe because of several neat drawback: Wi-Fi speed is ok, but the connection is unstable There are external window blinders that can sometime open and close automatically and very loudly. Shower water pressure is very low for some reason, meanwhile sink pressure is fine. These details are minor, but it is strange to see them in a modern place like this

Great hotel in a good location (close to the main train station and directly at an U-Bahn stop). I had a very spacious room. Very friendly staff, at reception, housekeeping and breakfast! Very nice to have free access to nice coffee and tea all the time; this was very useful since I had to do some work in my room. The hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants in the direct neighborhood (also for (healthy) take-out).

Nothing really, would stay here again.

Hotel is at walking distance from Munich hbf, & in quite area. Room was comfortable, neat & clean. Hotel building is also clean & nice. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff was very good. The lady in the reception was very nice & helpful, she guided us to places to see in Munich & other staff in the reception was also very helpful. Free coffee in the reception is nice gesture from Hotel

Generally everything was fine. Nothing to complain about particularly.
