I like the modern nature of the property. Very up to date, and it reminded me of the Motel One properties with conveniencies in the room like USB plus, small refrigerator, ample lighting and lots of electrical outlets.

The rudeness of the front desk person at check-in. A gruff, 40-50 year old German man who didn't smile, say hello, demanded a passport, mumbled the breakfast hours and on to the next person. He reminded me of an old fashioned Soviet worker in the USSR. No service, unhappy, etc. Such an experience at check-in can ruin a guest's stay.

The staff at the restraunt specially Patricia was very nice, the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices in a good quality. The check in process was easy and fast. The location is near the forum where u can find a lot of stores and big supermarkets and the metro station.

The hotel is another bulding beside the hotel munich city you take your breakfast there. They closed the connected door for both building from the garden I don't know why ? The room is very small, nothing in the room except a bed and smart TV.. no place to put your luggage very difficult to stay both in the room ! it can work fine for a single person not 2 ... the second day of our stay no shampoos or toilet paper were provided and the sink was blocked with alot of water and the cleaning lady did nothing and left it as it is so we had to call the reception to send someone to repair it and send shampoos. They also removed our card from electricity, we left it because we needed to charge our phones came back and found no electricity and the card disappeared.

Well new designed modern hotel, nice reception, clean carpets, useful furniture, smart tv in a room which is easy to connect to smartphone and tv itself has internet and all the applications on it as youtube. Clean bathroom toilet and shower, all you need to wash.

It was some reconstruction on the second day of stay and nobody on reception said about this plan then I did a check-in. The problem they started drilling early morning. Aftwr I said it shouldn't be from early morning next day they started after 13pm, it was not vey disturbing. Then I came to check the hotel before to booking the person who was on lobby on a night doesn't know anough about the hotel aquipment.

Location is good, 4 minutes walking to the tram. Breakfast was great and tasty. Staff responsible for breakfast were very friendly, welcoming, and hard working. Hotel is good if you are planning on spending the entire day out and coming back only to sleep.

Tiny room and my room was on the ground floor, couldn’t sleep very well due to the noise from people entering and leaving the hotel at night. Maybe a good idea is to put signs telling people not to be loud.

First of all, a very good and tasty breakfast, all possible cuts of cheese and sausage, fruits, tea, coffee and much more! Secondly, a fairly large plasma, which has YouTube and Internet access (which I have not seen even in some five-star hotels) Thirdly, a good location, close to the center, and close to transport interchange

Maybe someone’s room is a bit cramped, but it’s a call from a person, and if you come for a week or more, then yes, it’s testy, but if for a couple of days, then everything is fine. The drain in the bathroom is running slower than I wanted, and the walls already need to be whitewashed (my personal advice), otherwise everything is very good😃

The room was small, but tidy and comfortable. It didn’t really matter that it was small, though, because we hardly stayed in it, we were so busy in Munich. The breakfast was really good, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant right the street.

Everything was fine. Loud people next to us, but we actually could only hear them in the hall. In the room it was quiet.

We really loved the location of this hotel! We were walking distance from the Oktoberfest fairgrounds and nearby restaurants, shops, and the underground station. We did also enjoy the complimentary breakfast available to us. Everything they served was fresh and displayed nicely.

If traveling on a long trip with a large suitcase or two, the room was a little uncomfortable in size with fitting everything around the bed. That being said, we only used the room to sleep and get ready for the day, and it had everything that we needed. The only other comment I'd say is that the pillows weren't to our preference.

Clean and tidy room. Plenty of space and good bathroom facilities. 20 min walk from main station and another 15 mins to the center of Munich

No coffee facilities in room and when we asked at reception told the machine was broken? Our room overlooked the courtyard so we had noise and smoke coming through.

I liked the hospitality of the staff. They all helped me a lot during my stay. They're professional! I liked also the location close to the train stop and the neighbourhood is very calm, nice and there is a mall 2 mins from it. A good point is that there is a laundry centre in like 7 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good also

The ventilation in the bathroom was noisy. I think it needs to be fixed. The absence of kettle in the room. The fan of the AC when ON, is a bit noisy

Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality, choices. The place was kept very clean by staffs. Only at certain time, you may have to wait for your seats, but most of the time, you will find your seats upon arrival for breakfast room.

The room did not have a table for a PC work. It could have been nice to find just some more hooks to hang clothes.
