The welcoming with cold water and coffe/hot chocolate. We had a big room with 2 bedrooms. The free parking in front of the hotel. The attentions to details in the restaurant where we had breakfast.

The hotel room only had refillable bath products, without having individual products like shampoo or conditioner. Also we didn’t receive slippers.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Hotel outside low emissions area so we were able to avoid buying special pass for our car. A very nice breakfast was included.

Hotel parking was expensive at 15e, although that seemed the going rate in Munich. The rooms do not have AC so it really should have a ceiling fan. We had to open the one window to get some air and the street noise was very loud and disturbing.

the check in was a little not-so-warm. somewhat unfriendly especially when u r checking in at late night with small children, it just puts you off. but no big deal, the rest of the staff was amazing and friendly.

The breakfast is spectacular. The cold meat, yogurt and muesli options, roasted veggies, a far cry from the North American scrambled eggs and bacon and so high quality and fantastic.

I initially thought it was out of the way with public transit, but it was actually very good. I didn't dislike anything.

It was a great experience to stay at this hotel. The location is easily reachable buy public transportation. The rooms are new and clean. The hotel is in the middle of shopping options, lidl, aldi, edeka (a huge one), decathlon, mediamarkt... are 50-100 meter away. Breakfast was also great with a variety of foods and drinks.

Friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly, excellent breakfast served until 11am, underground secure parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There was water for us in the fridge and you could have unlimited tea or coffee at the reception. Very close to supermarkets and other shops. There are options for dinner nearby.

A large hotel with a large and comfortable room and an amazing breakfast. It was really nice for the price, the receptionist is very caring and you can drink coffee all day

Parking is only for 5 cars and unfortunately not enough for a big hotel. If you can't find a place, there is paid parking, that's the only downside.

excelente rooms, very clean and the staff were great.

the hotel has a restaurant and bar structure, but it is not working, both are closed. the location does not have near options for bar and restaurant so it would be really good to have it inside the hotel.

nice, clean, functional rooms . Very clean . Lovely shower. Comfy bed. Nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air.

Bedding could have been a bit more " breathable" . Got hot very quickly even with windows open and heating off. Perhaps a touch more cotton in the materials
