The microwave and fridge saved us a fortune in food costs and absolutely made Novotel Suites a great choice. The room was huge for the 3 of us and the movable table really helped make the most of the space. The separate toilet and bathroom (with actual bath as well as a great walk-in shower) is such a good idea, I wish UK hotels did this. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, also speaking in English when my German failed me. Free on-street parking during the weekend and close enough to walk to BMW Welt and the Olympic Park (40mins - we walk everywhere!)

The pillows were lumpy and the duvets way too heavy for summer. The decor and carpets were tired and worn, including knife cuts in the table top (probably from cooking). These are small things far outweighed by the positives.

Overall a great hotel option. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so no outside noise. Size of the room - Pretty big for multiple night stay even though we stayed as a family for one night. Beds - Comfortable and clean Kitchen area with options for coffee, tea and a fridge. Toilet and bath were in seperate areas which I think is the most logical way it should be for a productive start with 2 people getting ready in a shorter span of time. The lobbay area is good with a bar option. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We did not add the breakfast option so no comments. There is seating outside for good weather days. Overall a good hotel option in Munich

Location and convenience. There are no restaraunts or cafes nearby. It is a good option if you are driving and not fully dependant on public transport. We used the public transport so it seemed like a challenge, it was manageable though

Great value for money, the best price we could get in Munich. We used it for a 1-night stop on our way to Switzerland, and we liked it so much that we booked it again for a stop on our way back.

Ridiculously expensive breakfast. How can such a reasonably-priced hotel charge 19 EUR per person? Parking might seem tricky at first, but actually it is not. You can easily find a spot in the nearby streets, and it is free between 18:00 and 09:00, and during weekends. And there is an underground garage for 20 EUR per night.

This hotel is in a quiet area close to tram station (5 min) and Ubahn (metro - 12 min). It was a spacious room as in the picture. Kettle, microwave and the fridge were in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everyday cleaning. Great Wi-Fi. On the ground floor there’s a kids corner and a gym. Also, after 12 am hotel provides free croissants and bread buns. The stuff is welcoming and friendly

Hotel is in suburb, very clean as usual Novotel standard which is superb. Room pretty large for 4 of us. All beds and blanket are comfy.

Water in the shower is difficult to controll between hot and cold. Difficult to set the right temperature. Difficult to find parking space in front of the hotel especially in the afternoon to night. But There is park space in the back of the hotel too. After serveral tries we found one. Park at 18.00 till morning is free. Weekend also free

We like the breakfast, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.

It would be handy if there is a restaurant situated in the hotel, it was difficult to find a restaurant in the neighborhood because it’s in the office area. The parking garage underneath was very steep, and scary to drive in and out, in the end we decided to park the car outside the hotel with 8 minutes walk.

The staffs at the front desk were fluent in English and very helpful. In addition the in-room facilities such as a microwave, a refrigerator and a table seem quite helpful for travellers with kids.

As the parking lot is owned & operated by 3rd party, I fully understand that this issue is not hotel's resposibility. However, please be kindly advised that it is stll possible to get through the entrance gate to the underground parking lot but it seems quite narrow even for an intermediate SUVs. The safety and security level we felt at the parking lot was excellent.

Good price for family of 4. Tram station was near, less then 5 min walk. For overnight is ideal, would not be comfortable for 2+ days of stay as e.g bathroom is like in some train, small and seems like a cabin and not a proper toilet or shower. it is clean, little older, still well maintained. During weekend or holidays you can park on the streets free of charge.

Nothing that would really be a breaking deal.

The bathrooms were a bit cheaply made. It felt like using a toilet in a caravan. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests it had. Parking at the property was 20€ a day and was not included in the coat of the hotel…plus the entrance to the garage was so narrow, you could barely enter it with a normal sized car.

The hotel is situated in a nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. It’s close to the highway and easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the fact that our fourth bed in the family room turned out to be sort of a drawer that slid out from under the double bed was a bit of a disappointment. The room was nice and clean, though. The breakfast buffet was limited in choice but otherwise good.
