This hotel was everything we needed in our trip, it's remarkably well priced for a 4 star hotel, The staff were lovely, the facilities were all perfect with a lot of channels included on the TV. From the upper hallways in the hotel, some windows have a view of the Bayern Munich stadium for anybody who would be interested! And the closest subway station is only a short walk away too!

I honestly am struggling to find a complaint with this hotel! Perhaps the drinks at the hotel bar were a little too pricey, but in all honesty that's what you are going to get in most major cities.

Free water and fruits in the lobby. Clean and comfortable lobby area, where I could sit and work a bit. Bathtub was not really needed, but I took advantage of it anyway. Modern, clean and nice room facility in general, including Wifi. Staff were very kind and friendly. Close to a shop areas such as supermarket, drugstore, and restaurants. A busstop was also very close, and U-bahn was also near, 2 busstops away. English Garden is also near.

I had to change public transportation means--bus and U-bahn, which was not really a big deal. Other than that it was great.

The next time I come back to Munich, I will be staying in this hotel again, for sure. The staff were friendly, quick and always made sure to check if everything was okay. Our room was cleaned every day and finally, everything is easily accessible from the location to the bigger city attractions via the public bus, U Bahn and S Bahn.

The only thing that I would point out, is the elevator. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 was in use which wasn’t convenient for our case, as we stayed on the 8th floor.

The prroperty is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfy. Location takes around 40 minutes to the center depending on the route you take, but it is close to a bus stop that you can use to connect to the S Bahn anytime and go anywhere. Also the neighborhood itself is awesome, you will enjoy your stay there.

Hot water was fluctuating a bit with cold water in the shower. Not a major issue anyway, really minor.

The rooms were pretty clean. We didn't need to use the air conditioner so no comment on that. Never heard any noise from the other rooms or corridors. At least not a significant one that can bother your stay. The hotel is definitely not located in the city center but you can use metro+walking or metro+bus options and with the current 9 euro tickets, it is one of the best value/quality deals you find in Munich. There are also many supermarkets around the neighborhood, a close family bakery, etc.

Location is easy to access and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and 24/7 front desk is good when leaving/arriving early in the morning or late in the evening. The rooms are small, but enough for one person. For more people, it may get tight.

Room lacks lighting at night, it's quite dark. Some parts of the building are quite worn, including the elevators and most door handles. Also, shower glass did not have a proper seal, so water would spill on the bathroom floor.

I traveled with a student group with 30 people, therefore i needed an area to do a short briefing. The staff was helpful to show me the places. The hotel locates not in the centre but it’s easy to access by public transport & quiet. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.

The room was not so clean & there were some hairs at the shower head!

Nice, clean, quiet room for the price. The location was not in the city center, but we could get to the center by 10 minutes U-bahn ride. There was a supermarket and some shops in the next building (open from 7am), so we had no trouble to get some food and daily goods.

If there had been a fridge in the room, it would have been good.

Perfect stay if one is there in Munich for a short trip. Location is far from the centre but the area near the hotel (Schwabing) is beautiful in itself. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was truly excellent. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good with a large spread. Overall I'd say -- great value.

It was incredibly hot when I stayed and the first 6 or was it 7 stories have no aircon. A fan would have been appreciated. I eventually slept with the door open to get some airflow. The rest of hotel was full and I therefore could not moved . Window doesnt open much. i believe that Munich is not used to this hot weather . Otherwise no complaints at all.
