Room was good, lacked some basic amenities

Lacked basic amenities like electric kettle, shower gel was filled with water, smelly washroom

Rooms are small but you have everything you need there. They really are soundproofed-one day one of the elevators was probably stuck and an alarm went off, and we did not hear it inside. We were a little further tho. In the room near the elevator you could hear it very faintly. The Ubahn is close, which is convenient. There are no shops nearby, so you have to plan for that.

We had two rooms and the fridge in one of them was warm rather than cool. But was working fine in the second room.

We stayed in duplex, nice size of the room and good facilities. Very nice breakfast with huge variety of products. Good location - metro station 5 minutes walking. Underground parking with easy access. We can definitely recommend!

In our duplex wifi worked only on the top but not bottom of the room, not an issue for us but if you count on it then it can be a problem. Moreover, airco put on the bottom made the room very cold there while you could not feel almost anything in bedroom on the top. It was still ok for us as temperature in the bedroom ok.

Modern, cosy hotel, good quality and tasty breakfast.

Overall great hotel, but I don't know if it usual in Germany, but it felt more like 3 star hotel. We found a lot of dust in the closet, so weren't able to put our clothes in it. Maybe the cleaning ladies just couldn't reach it, but it felt like it was not cleaned for months. Also no Netflix, YouTube on tv or at least hdmi cable. Also tea pot to make some tea or pour coffee and basic utensils would be great in the room. That was our experience.

The rooms are beautiful and high quality, with fabulous bathrooms with plenty of light. You can get your toiletries for the reception desk if you forget to bring your own and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate any requests you might have. It is an exceptional location if you have to reach the MOC for an exhibition or a trade show.

The fan in the bathroom was running the whole night and there was no way of switching it off. Even with closed doors the noise was very prominent and was disturbing the sleep.

The room was excellent, loved everything about it. Breakfast was full of choices and great. The U-Bahn was close to the accomodation and honestly it was super convenient. I also enjoyed running along the river Isar, it was really close as well and the nature there was beatiful.

The only small minus is for not totally clean bathroom on the day of my arrival. I mean there was a little spot on the toilet seat and some chunks of hair in the shower but nothing that I couldn't fix.

Breakfast is fresh with many choices, in general it is delicious. Comfy rooms with no outside noice.

We had delayed bags by the airline and ask them to receive our luggage in case they were delivered while we were away. Four days later and after we checked out from the hotel we were informed by the airline that at the hotel some employee said that we were not staying at that place. No help of course.

Didn't feel the warmth of the welcome.I had to check out early for boarding a bus to Sweden and asked for info on the U Bahn or Taxi possibilities.Concrete time schedules for the Ubahn ,prior reservation possibilities for the Taxi were out of picture.Thankfully i foresaw the surges and booked one on freenow app.Please prepare a UBahn schedule or the connectivity and make it available at the desk . A complimentary bottle of water and a snack would have been really appreciated.

The perfect solution for a sleepover in Münich, is close to the highway and not too far from the city center. Easy parking, lots of space, and not too far from the metro going downtown. Nice hotel but 4 star rated, I was expecting a little more comfort (as in a coffee machine).

The hall carpets could have been a little cleaner and the room is not too big and could be providing some more comfort.

it is a nice, comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was very good, the location is also good enough - 5 min walking to the nearest metro station and then 15 min to the city center.

It was 250€/night and this is really high price, although it was a fair time and know everywhere is expensive, but too much is too much! This hotel is close to the city, almost a suburb, and there are nothing around..
