Did not take breakfast this time because the price difference with and without is too big now compared to our previos stays. However, the small fridge in the room is enough to kept some provisiones From the supermarket for breakfast. All in all, price, location, room standard, parking, comfortable distance from public transport and staff service makes this a very suitable option

The staff service was good; they let us leave our luggage after the checkout and until we left München. The cleanliness was good enough. The location is quiet good, Arabellapark Ubahn Station is 12 min walking and you can take the 187 bus route to get there easier if you have luggage. The overall experience was nice.

They didn't clean the room the first night despite that we asked for it. The day that we were leaving, the cleaning personnel rang the bell at 10am and asked us to leave before the time we were told initially (12m). Nevertheless this was discussed with their supervisor and they apologized for the inconveniences.

Quiet location, tea and coffee set in the room, spacious bathroom, everything was clean and the room service was very nice. It was a really pleasant stay, with tasty breakfasts as well. There is a restaurant in the hotel so if your budget can handle this then you can eat comfortably in place. Bus stop is only some three minutes away from the hotel.

The prices in the hotel's restaurant are too high compared to the rest of the city - I would recommend going to a restaurant that is located 10 minutes away from the hotel (on foot). There were some bugs going in the room once in a while - I don't know where they came from. It wasn't much trouble but I found it a bit weird. It's far away from the city centre (30 min by bus + U-Bahn) but it's not that inconvenient. I mean, the communication is good, you just have to get up a bit earlier in the morning to enjoy full day in the city centre :)

Everything was good, except the conexión of WiFi, it’s not good in all area because I was in a room that the internet wasn’t reaching,I was in my bed and I just have one line of signal, I had needed to be close of the door to get full conexión.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and efficient, breakfast is excellent with choices to suit every taste, the rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. A great benefit was the free bike hire which we took advantage of every day to visit our daughter.

The only extra we would have liked to be available is English teabags in the room and at breakfast

Not enough outlets in room (Bavaria Room 623) for phone and computer chargeing, even the kettle had to be taken into the bathroom. Mattress very uncomfortable for a "deluxe" room. View of TV blocked by bed post. All the instant coffee in the room was decaf. Safe didn't work (but quickly repaired). Nice parking garage, but no place to charge our electric car. Parkeing fee €15/day too high, when area is surrounded by free street parking.

We preferred the suburban location of the hotel, but it allowed us to be in historic center of Munich as well as other attractions we wanted to visit inside half hour using public transportation. We enjoyed the open parks and streets and even rode the bikes that are available at the hotel. Also, the staff gave us adjacent rooms as requested. The rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities that we needed.

We liked everything about the hotel, the location in a nice part of town, just a short walk to the train station and market though this could have been a problem if the weather had been bad.

For us there was nothing we did not like but if I had to pick something for improvement I’d say the breakfast was lovely but the same everyday, a little variety would have been nice.

We got upgraded to Bavarian style room, very stylish and cozy. Very comfortable bed, has bathtub, table with soft corner. Was calm. Breakfast is good with variety, but some things could be fresher. 10 min walk from U-Bahn or bus stop. Great for short stay with the car.

The shampoo in bathroom was like a water in which few drops of soap were added, not good for washing hairs, enough to wash the hands. Coffee for breakfast is very important, but was pretty disappointing.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the subway that takes you fast to the city centre. There are also bus stops if you don’t want to walk. My room was small but very cozy and clean and the bed nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful.
