It was a really comortable, perfectly located cozy hotel. It was easy to get to from the Munich's Hauptbahnhof. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was cozy and clean. In my case, I had booked a double room but due to high occupancy had been asked to take a single room with offered compensation for the change. The single room was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean and cozy.

Perfect location to see a concert at the Backstagewerk and this is now my default hotel when need to visit Munich.Stones throw from the tram stop to get into town and the reception sells the ticket for that. Easy walk to shops and restaurants , after using Google maps for information.Plentiful and functional breakfast.

My room was on the last floor. In the apartment there is a locked door behind which is another room. There were people in that room and it sounded like they were in my room. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

the tram! I am s big fan of good public transport, if it is on rails, all the better. 10 minutes or so to downtown. A good humored, experienced and jovial owner.

Can only complain about exorbitant prices during Oktoberfest, but all was in line with competition. At Oktoberfest, I broke a rib when landing from a table, hurt for weeks, but I can’t blame the landlord for that, can I?? And most definitely no photos of that!

The junior suite was exactly as described, with comfortable beds and good shower. It was clean and well kept. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's a quiet pretty neighbourhood with excellent amenities - a supermarket, good restaurants, icecream shop all within 5 minutes walk, 2 minutes to Hirschgarten, 10 minute walk at most to Nymphenburg. Public transport at Romanplatz. The breakfast was pretty good and not expensive. The staff was really helpful when we needed bits and pieces in the room - a plate for the fruit and similar.

I haven't travelled in Europe through the pandemic so things must have changed, with staff availability really low, but after 3 days in the hotel we had to ask to have some new towels and even just to have the rubbish bin emptied. No one even asked if we needed it! Wifi was really patchy in our corner of the hotel. The manager did not give accurate information regarding covid-19 rules in the state of Bavaria - I'd expect the hotel to be on top of such an important issue.

Second time we've stayed here. Was great once again. Will be happy to stay here again anytime. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds firm, but one of the more comfortable in Europe. Bathroom was large and spacious with everything you need available. One block away from the largest beer garden in Bavaria (we walked here for dinner - highly recommended). Breakfast at hotel was yum with great choice. Mini bar in the room was nice too.

Great location near the Palace. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was wonderful. We especially liked the breakfast room. It looks like cozy winter garden. Parking was easy and once you park, you don't need your car until you leave because tram will take you right into the city center.

Very big rooms, quality bed, modern bathroom, minibar, daily cleaning, breakfast available. 5 minutes easy walking to the tram station (16 and 17 for Central Station). 300m away feom the hotel it's one of the biggest Biergarten in Germany: Hirschgarten (7-8000 places) where you can enjoy 1l beer cans...multiple times :-) !! Totally recommended !

Very clean, In quite residential area but tram line is only 5mins walk. Town centre is only 15.mins on the tram, which was €17 for the family unlimited stop a day. We got the ticket at reception.
