Hotel Kreis Residenz München

The owner of the property was very polite, helpful & flexible. Provided guidance for attraction areas in Munich and provided special access to private shopping center. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, in each room there are two AC units one for the seating area and one for the bedroom. For sure it is needed during summer time. They have daily cleaning and reasonable breakfast menu (€12.5 / person). Parking with reasonable fees (€7 / day).

Location is away from the center and you need a car to reach to the nearest grocery store. We have a car and it wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast area is small. Access to the hotel is through very narrow road that leads to the hotel building. You need to drive carefully to figure out the access to the hotel. I am talking about the last 100 m to reach to the building. Neighborhood is not attractive (no view) . It looks like a mix of commercial office building’s & residential.

Quiet location in a residential/small business area, 5 minutes away from public transportattion. Room and hotel are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Good breakfast, buffet style with fresh breads and fruits, selection of cold cuts, yogourts... Staff was really professional and friendly. The owner and his wife were very helpful and gave us many recommendations for public transportation, things to do... There is a laptop-size safe in the bedroom. Load of wash (wash and dry) was 8 Euros. There is a iron and ironing table in the bedroom.

impossible to leave the windows open due to cigarettes' smoke. Wifi is not secure. Pillows are a bit hard but we did not ask for a replacement, which I'm certain would have been done. The staff was really amazing.

Very clean and spacious. Really cool amenities such as heated floors and rain down shower. The breakfast was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and I believe they would have accommodated every reasonable request if asked.

I wanted the ability to turn on the air simply because it got a bit hot at times, but it was cold outside so we opened the sliding door a bit to let cool air in. I did not bring this to the staff's attention so they did not have the opportunity to address it with me. The property is located within a neighborhood and there weren't scenic views however the location was away from the crowds of people in city center and this probably allows the large accommodations without the large prices for a much smaller room downtown.

Clean and tidy hotel 10min by walk from the nearest underground station. Very good breakfast and room with everything you need in top notch condition. I came earlier in the morning before the standard check in time and was allowed to check-in as the room was ready (most of the gotels will not allow this). I was even allowed to have a breakfast as a welcome gift. Those little things and more , especially super kind staff made me think I made a good choice for my stay in Munich.

Superb! The staff were great, available and pragmatic. The rooms were spacious and clean. They kept it clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and diverse. The beds were fantastic (including the -sofa bed). We enjoyed our staying so much. The distance between the hotel to the underground is about - one k, so take it into consideration. We hope to have a chance to re-visit.

Very great stuff!!! It’s far from the center but if you are with car it’s not a problem. Or Uban also it’s not far. Big and warm room. You can control the the temperature of the heating

The staff was super friendly and made us feel like being at home! The location was super quiet, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. They offered tea coffee and water for free. The property had its own drinks and beverage sailing point. The property offers a buffet style breakfast and parking at the property as well as transportation service from/to the airport. In walking distance there is an excellent XXL supermarket for beverages and drinks. The garden of the property is well arranged. The property offers electric car chargers. The central heating is efficient and extra quiet.

The parking places were congested and there was no real parking booking service in place. The breakfast had no greens and leafy salads and offered limited vegan options. There was no hotel reception after 22:00 so we had to check in self-service following instructions in the middle of the night. The surroundings of the hotel offer industrial building views. Although the property is not too far from the centre it is neither too close. So, it is more suitable for people travelling by car.

We loved everything.We were very well looked after.The staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast team and housekeeping. The breakfast team ensured we were well supplied with our choice of drinks.Very attentive. Theroom was spacious and super comfortable.We had a balcony with the promised city view.Actually of local businesses which were interestingly interspersed with houses.Something we don’t see in UK.Very quiet,however. We were placed at the end of the corridor as we stayed a few days,Our balcony faced trees,the room super quiet. Electric car charging was very easy, plentiful stations under the hotel balconies. The breakfast was super.Jugs of freshly squeezed orange juice placed and replaced at the table. The position of the hotel was not a problem as we wanted to visit sites out of town.We chose it for that.. We loved using the U Bahn which is about a mile walk in the same road.A pleasant walk.Travellers beware,though.You pop up in a different street on your return! Munich was wonderful.

The owner's son, who works at the hotel, was incredibly kind and helpful.He shared valuable insights about Munich.The interior design of the hotel was outstanding. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Furthermore, the hotel provided excellent parking options. Additionally, the surrounding area was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep with the windows open.Excellent breakfast!!!Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel.
