I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation for the staff that checked-me in as well as the female staff that helped with various quests.Their kindness, willingness to go out of their way to help and caring nature all made the stay much more enjoyable. Loved 'farm' themed décor and 'pretzel' stickers throughout the hotel. Efficient AC. Lots of sockets in the room

Multiple body hair and stain found on bathroom floor and sink area. Cigarette pack/wrappers were under the heater and left nightstand. Perfume/laundry detergent for beddings were too pungent to sleep on, quite disturbed by the strong cologne scent.. weak, slow and unstable wifi that constantly disconnect itself, had to use my own data/roaming during the entire stay.. hose didn't match showerhead that led to major leak with water splashing out of the pipe

Facilities were good and room clean. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. It is fairly central (commute to city centre via public transportation). Breakfast was ok.

The second day we were there they forgot to clean our room. Breakfast was ok but could have been a bit more varied with pastries or cakes. I would recommend also the addition of a electric charging station for EVs (Tesla destination chargers) like other hotels neaeby.

Great room, exceptionally clean, the maid cleaned and changed towels every day. Room very big and superbly decorated. Super quiet and comy. The breakfast was very good (great coffee!). All in all a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast zone was quite small and could get pretty crowdded some days. Fortunately one could also eat outside in the garden (weather permitting).

Beware of the names of these hotels... Perhaps it was a one-off, but we went to the wrong Ibis East hotel the first time. Pay attention to the address, rather than the name when you google it!

The staff are friendly, our rooms are clean, and it's not that far in the City.

The Aircon doesn't work even though I turn on the highest temperature. It's hot in our room.

Helpful and friendly staff

Unintegrated information systems. No proper integration with booking.com site and staff have ambiguous know-how of booking.com contract details. Be prepared to contact booking.com, they'll guide you and staff will help accordingly.

For the twin-room we received two rooms with 3 beds - excellent! The breakfast was tasty and varied - you can choose between vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, eggs and so on. Beds were comfortable, the neighbourhood was calm. The staff is very polite and friendly.

The bathroom was pretty old. And the place is not in the city center - but it definitely worth its money.

Staff was very friendly, we arrived later than we planned due to hailstorm and they let us stay in the room from 5AM until check out which was super helpful! The room was spacious, clean and comfy, highly recommended!

Breakfast was fabulous, I liked I could have meats and cheeses along with the more traditional foods like eggs and cereal.

Although the public transportation was amazing we were still a few stops away from the bigger methods of transport.

I think that the hotel staff and especially the reception should speak English. Unfortunately, the receptionist who receive us very poorly spoke English
