Everything was great, I would say very good value for money. We didn't try their food and drink, but really good idea to have a small shop also on the ground floor. The staff was nice, the bed was large and comfy, the bathroom large and clean. It was quiet, the area is green and quiet also. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel. Would probably come again, now that we know the best routes to the city and a nice brunch spot nearby haha :)

There is a rude front desk lady who always seems upset about something or the other. If you are such a miserable curmudgeon, please change your job or do something else that might make you and everyone being served by you happier. The other staff especially the male staff were always so friendly, wonderful and accommodating. Thank you.

Everything was great and well taken care of, very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful! The vouchers for choosing not to clean your room everyday were definitely a very pleasant surprise! The bus stop being right across the hotel was very helpful.

I liked everything, but the public transportation was a bit tricky for the first day, but we figured it out!

The hotel can be reached with 15min drive from Ostbahnhof (connection with local bus). The area was nice, quiet and sparsely populated. The personel was friendly. The room was confortable and clean. The cost was reasonable for the benefits offered.

The room size is very good where it's a fair spacious and not tight such other hotel and Clean.

I know it's very important too meet the scheduled time for breakfast, but in some cases the guests need to get more time untill they can finish breakfast. I would suggest to give like 30 minutes additional to stay in the area after closing the buffe at 10. Not to ask guests to leave the area at 10.

- Free drinks when we decided not to clean the room - Bathtub in the room - Bus stop at the front of hotel - We asked for a HDMI cable to project movies and they borrowed one, no problem

- Cold room - Sauna only open at 5pm - Room service too expensive - TV only in German and extremely slow - The room should have a kettle

Lovely room. Had room on the backside of the hotel so we had a magnificent view of the mountains. Great breakfast. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Restaurants nearby (50m) and parking on site.

The only slight negative is it has no air con and it was a very hot day/night. Big window to open though.

The parking was wonderful. Underground and you paid per night 14€ so we were able to leave our car until 7pm the next day. Public transit bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The bar was great too

The WiFi reception in our room was very poor. It kept dropping. It was fine in other areas of the hotel but I guess our room was too far away

Staff of the hotel spoke good English, was very helpful. We could not get a room there and we were relocated to the partner hotel. The partner hotel NH MUNHEN OST accepted us quickly, provided good advice as to what to see in the city. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

The hotel is about 15-20 min drive from the centre of MUNHEN.

Room amenities, immediate access to a bus stop front of the hotel, and a wide selection of snacks available with an easy Self-checkout.
