I really liked hotel was comfy and almost clean (not taking into consideration a few dead bug on a floor and somebody’s hair on a bed). I had everything I needed.

It was noisy for some reason, looked like some repair works or equipment. I didn’t like the guy (some hotel personnel) entered my room in the morning when I still had 2 hours for check out and he reminded me about it. I think they can use their phones for that not disturbing the guests. I was frightened somebody was opening my room when I was in a bathroom. It’s not ok to do it.

Everything. I had such a memorable stay that words just don't do the justice. The stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way. My mind, body and soul have all been replenished and healed after the stay. Comfort, simplicity, élégance and functionality beautifully mingled together at the establishment. Every staff member I encountered have been helpful and genuine. I felt right at home here. Spacious room, great ceiling height, excellent facilities, outstanding comfort. With windows fully closed, you are set off to another dimension (tranquile and peaceful). From staff members to the layout of the room, everything was top-notch perfection. I haven't had this level of satisfactory toward a hotel stay in years! I can not recommend this hotel enough (strongly recommend!). I look forward to staying here again.

Very thankful for the understanding towards the situation, thank you for listening and for accommodating medical needs. Courteous, polite and helpful staff with warm greetings. Good room size, tranquil and serene with windows fully closed. Great value, be sure to visit Zamilapark and the neighborhood. Good public transportation connection. It's an excellent choice for the area.

Please collect dishes/bowls/utensils after guest leave the table during breakfast, that'd be much better than take'em away while guest is still gathering their belongings at the table.

Bit far out of town (but bus/tram combination efficient and make it only 25 minutes to the center). Safe not set up properly in room and was not fixed when I asked (these things should be checked before guests move in). Everything is good and works (apart from safe) but is a bit worn - but what hotel can afford to invest if the government can shut everything down for months on end?

Everything! Had the most amazing sleep in months! I genuinely want to go back, therefore, can't wait for future stays! I'd like to thank the staff who gave me the amazing room, thank you so much, that made my day, it means so much. Again, thank you to every staff member who went out their way to help with guest's quest with efficiency and grand humanity. A memorable stay that left a mark on my heart and that I'll cherish forever.

Great room, booked last minute for an attractive price. Good shower, room quite large in fact. Desk, coffee table, lots of plugs around the room. I could have done some work there on my laptop if i needed to. Exceptional staff, one of whom went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Quiet neighbourhood - at least when there's no exhibitions going on. Parking was free on street (though limited and I was lucky to find a spot)

The bed was rather hard.

Staff was so helpful. I wrote 9 point because of reception girl Stefanya, she was so helpful, we came early morning and asked her about early check in and she really did her best. This point just because of her. She deserved it. Thank you one more time!!!

Really not worth this price for this facility. We were paying around 200 euro per night, and it was not shampoo in the room, also quite far from Octoberfest camp, only bus you can use that area.

I am a big traveler and the comfort of the beds will always bring me back when I am in town! With the exceptions of the slow elevators, everything was great.

The RAVE across the way till 5am but that was not the Hotels fault but then again it was Octoberfest so I assume it was only for that. My friends on the other side did not hear it so it was only the EAST side of Hotel.

I like our room, it's comfortable, neat and clean. For coffee, I got hot water for free from reception bar.

The hotel location is quite far away (around 30 mins by public transportation) from main train station and it offers many (2-3) changes throughout the journey. I wish if the room has an electric kettle for tea or coffee.

The room was clean with good size. It has a kind staff. It's located near a bus station. We could fast check-in and out.

Although they said that the walls are soundproof, you could even hear the people talking to each other in a normal voice laud. It was too far from the city centre and you should spend two hours on the way to the city.
