I greatly enjoyed the lovely quiet location of the hotel, it is greatly accessible for traveling to all and any parts of the city by public transportation and we had a fantastic and easy time getting around. If you are interested in spending time in the city center or the old town and Tulip Inn seems like it's too far - worry not, the bus lines of 190 and 191 are swift and the stations are a moment away. While we personally, did not require any accessibility accommodations, the hotel and it's staff are well suited to host wheelchair users. It is also animal-friendly, and will gladly give space for your beloved four legged companion. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, hot water in the shower was always on demand ( Which I know sounds obvious for most Europeans, but us folks from different climates do appreciate it greatly, as well! ). We've stayed in the hotel as a separated group, of sorts: My partner and I, and a couple of friends that booked their own individual rooms. Meeting up in the wide and cozy lobby space was very comfortable for us! We gathered around there daily, before planning our next travel route for the day. Plenty of seats and various tables - in case you might want to use a laptop, read a book, draw, or write something in a notebook.

Personally, I think we've found that the breakfast option was a bit too expensive for us. 18 Euros for a varied array of simple foods ( although, they were quality, I admit! ) - I've chosen to try it out on our first day, so I paid at the reception. It was nice overall, but I didn't return there again because the price wasn't very comfortable for a budget traveler. If you're staying on a work trip, however, I believe it can suit you very nicely! If you're a budget traveler like us - maybe wait to eat out when you hop on a bus downtown (or check the Italian restaurant across the road)

It is a wonderful place to stay. My experience has been amazing. I am vegetarian by food habbits and carried from India some food packets to be coocked in their restaurant. The Cheff did it very happily every day. They provided me an electric kettle to make my own tea and coffe and warm my mil as per my needs. On the last day of stay, they allowed me an extended time for check out from 11.00 am to 17.00 hrs without extra charges. I shall regularly stay here even if it happen to be away from my place of business.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It was winter and rooms were initially cold, but the heating was efficient. Parking was available, but charged extra.

I made a reservation with my private credit card. Upon arrival, I payed for our stay in full with the company credit card. Even if everything was already paid, on the last day of our stay, my private credit card was charged for 190 EUR. It took several emails and phone calls after my return to get this transaction cancelled. Upon arrival and when leaving, I requested an invoice to be addressed to company and to include the company VAT number. Again, It took several emails and phone calls after my return to get the invoice.

Nice and clean, quiet. Nice bar for a quiet beer/drink after the day's outings. Recommended to Neptun Italian Restaurant a 10 min walk away. Location out of down town but we used the Park and Ride (P+R) to park our car and caught the train into town now probs.

Unfortunately there was no hot water on our last morning due do an unforeseen plumbing issue in the hotel. Just 1 of those things that happen. On checkout we received 1 free day parking ie 11 euro discount which we didn't ask for nor were we expecting it. A nice touch thank you.

We stayed here when we were in Munich for Oktoberfest. The hotel wasn't as crowded as I was hoping for which is a plus. The room we stayed in was bigger than I was expecting (2 rooms adjacent with each other) and the bathroom has a heater for clothes that you can hang with which is a lifesaver. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests.

Not much. Although the location is just within the border of the city center, it might feel a bit too far for some as you still need to take a bus after the nearest train station to get to the hotel.

The rooms were small but very cosy and we had control of the temperature via remote. The bathroom was lovely and the room as a whole was very clean. The staff were really friendly and polite and very helpful.

The location was a bit inconvenient a short walk to tram station but not much good when you don’t know how to work the trams and the tram workers were very unhelpful not the fault of the hotel. It is around €10-€15 for Uber into main city. The only major issue we had was our shower did not drain the water overflowed the bottom tray and went out into the room floor this was not an issue that the hotel was aware of and they were quick to try and solve the problem

They provided a good, but overpriced breakfast and also charged extra for their extremely small parking lot. The rooms were small, but clean and adequate. In total, the daily price of breakfast and parking added another 65% to the actual cost of the room. Location had close access to a bus which took you in a few stops to the subway to get into downtown Munich.

As stated above, the cost of breakfast was excessive.

the staff: i had an accident and twisted my foot, the breakfast staff were very helpful with table service, and also in the evening, the reception was very helpful with ordering in the best food (as there is no food service in the hotel apart from breakfast), and the maintenance manager lent me a wooden shaft to help me walk until I managed to get a crutch. Very sweet and helpful.

No food service apart from breakfast, so you have to go out for meals, a small selection of healthy snacks in the lobby bar would have been sufficient. Also, only one receptionist, with not even temporary ad hoc help, with a very large check in at 8 p.m. (we all arrived from the Expo, they should have known) Also, as there was no food at the hotel, had to go to the pizzeria a across the street, where they also were over their heads with only one waiter, they sat you down, but then the service was very slow. Frustrating start of my stay.

The hotel matched the photos and was conveniently located about 7km from the main train station, with excellent public transport connections. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and serviced daily with fresh towels and amenities.

The only drawback was the absence of a refrigerator in the room.
