Room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good walk-in shower. Although Breakfast was standard fare, the bread rolls were very fresh and of good quality. The on-site parking was greatly appreciated and it was easy to walk next door to the train station and catch one of the frequent S-Bahn trains to Köln Hbf. The town of Troisdorf is very pleasant with plenty of dining options, so this hotel makes a good alternative to staying in Köln

Our room overlooked the railway station and as we like to sleep with the window ajar during hot weather, we were woken up each morning around 0530 by goods trains and ICE trains passing by.

Very good location. Right at the train station and just 3 stops from the airport. There are multiple restaurants in the same building and all the stores and pharmacy shops one might need are right nearby, so the location is quite central, yet also very quiet. Extremely helpful and supportive staff. They gladly helped resolve some food delivery issues that we were having and then let us keep the room for another hour after check-out time since our taxi was running late. The cleaning staff was very unintrusive and considerate of all our requests. I stayed there with my partner who is a wheelchair user. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible; the room was large, and the bathroom equipped with absolutely everything that's needed.

Value for money not there. We had breakfast one time, room temperature hard rolls and cold cuts with coffee for approximately $10/person was a little bit steep. We found we could just go down to the BackWerk and the two of us could have breakfast for roughly $10 total, and have a much better selection from which to choose.

Would have been more comfortable in room if the chairs had a back instead of having to sit on a stool and use the wall as a back on which to lean.

The Hotel is located directly in the newly built train station of Troisdorf and it is very easy to reach there from cologne Airport. With your room you will get a free parking which I find very nice. From our room we could see the station which was a nice and if you close the window you can barely hear the sound of the trains. If your are planning to stay before or after your travel in a place near to the airport. This hotel is one of the best choices!

My family and I have stayed 2 nights at your hotel. We enjoyed our staing at the B&B Hotel Köln-Troisdorf. The location was very good, bus and train station were really closed to the hotel (at home). At the reception were very good persons, room was cleaned and everythink was correct.

I would like that the communication via email was more faster and easier. We arrived at the hotel late during the night, because of the delayed fly by the agency, and when we arrived was nobody at the hotel, the room number and the respective code were sent to us via email later on.

Found the automated check in a bit daunting but was ok once got started. Make sure you take note of PIN number as it took 2 days for email with it in to come through Would of liked kettle in room

Clean spacious rooms, even though it was quite close to the train station, we didn't hear anything., meaning the rooms were sound proof, which is great. Bedsheets were super clean! loved that. Breakfast was really good. Will surely recommend to my family and friends.

Air conditioner in one of our rooms started leaking suddenly at night. As it was past 11pm, we couldn't contact anybody to get it fixed. But this was just one of the two rooms we had booked. Seems like we were unfortunate on that day.

This hotel was right on the Troisdorf S-bahn stop and provided free garage parking. The train ride into Cologne was only about 25 minutes to the Köln Hauptbahnhof, right in the center of town. Trains ran every 10 minutes which was very convenient. There is a Kaufland's grocery store just down the road and a bakery in the same building. Contactless entry, as well. Checked in at the kiosk and received pin codes for our rooms and for the parking garage.

The room was nice and big, you can watch the trains passing by. Good windows, very quiet. The beds was comfortable, shower was fine as well.

To park the car you first need to check in but nobody told me... So, if you don't know, you drive up the ramp and you reach the gate which requires a code which you don't have. Now you are stuck on the ramp with another car behind you. The reception is on the 5th floor, where else? To get there you need to check in at the machine on the ground floor then you have the code. And it is sent by e-mail. Does your data connection work? No? Take a picture of the code on the screen. What do you mean your phone's battery is empty?

Perfect for our family of 4 with a pet dog, thank you it far exceeded ou expectations. All of our previous holiday Booking.com places were very disappointing so you made us all happy with your clean, friendly, helpful staff and spacious modern rooms - thank you!

Having to find somewhere to park in order to book in first and receive a parking code. Would be better to send a parking code before arrival.
