The rooms were clean and tidy as per the pictures from the website. Rooms were big enough with basic stuffs like water heater, coffee / tea packets, glasses, towels, hangers, etc.,, Beds were comfortable too...

Pillows were big so I had neck pain after 2 days. I was not informed before regarding the paid parking at the hotel. It was a surprise to know at the last moment to pay 11€ per day for parking which I find it too much as we are paying around 75€ per night for a standard room and parking is not included in this price..

A clean and comfortable place to stay with free water and coke in the fridge and coffee/tea maker. You can also change your towel everyday if you wish to. The room has air conditioning and the breakfast is good.

It’s a little bit far from the city centre but if you are not in the rush you can take the public transportation to go to Bonn in 45 mins/1hr. It’s 55euro in taxi from here to Bonn. There are no shops in the vicinity only a shell station and Aldi (3 mins by car).

its a lovely place to stay in, its very clean and stylish. the staff are all kind and very polite. we like it so much there that we are considering to always book in with them every time we want to stay around Cologne.

The best thing is the reception, it really sets apart with others. Very accommodating and welcoming.

I guess, something they can do better is to improve the facility specially the elevator, it feels too old to use. A bit of modernization can do the job.

Did a last minute booking on the road, we arrived quite late in the evening to the hotel only to realise that we booked the wrong dates. The staff was very understanding rebooked us without any complications. The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

The room layout was very nice, about a 20 minute walk from the local station so easy access to nearby cities. There's also a nearby service station so makes it easy for late night snacks 😊.

Not really a must for me but there's no fridge, normally I'd get some pre made stuff to store for my days out.

the room had enough space and the design was just beautiful.

i wish there was a air conditioner or if the hotel could provide electric fans that would be great . The weather was so hot that it was difficult to sleep at night.

The courtesy and politeness from the staff. Their breakfast was very good. I would love to stay at the facility when am in Bonn.

We got let down by the hotel we booked, we had to move 12 midnight 1 am we booked best west top marks from start to finish staff very helpful knowledgeable and friendly 10-10

I had no breakfast but when we checked out there was a heavy smell of fried food coming from the breakfast room
