The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walking to the Main Station. Superhelpful stuff and amazing lobby with wonderful cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but more than enough. We also got our grab and go breakfast, because we had an early flight and the bread was freshbaked and hot. The reception is the best. Thank you, Melanie! You saved us for so many times!

There is no space to place your clothing, you'll get the hangers, but there is no space like shelfs or something

The hotel is really nice and it holds a couple of details that are showing that they spent some thoughts about the customers: 1) A switch next to the bed that turned off all lightpoints in the room 2) An indirect and decent light triggered by movement at night when you get up at night and e.g. go to the restroom - switches off automatically after 2 mins 3) A wall of individual lockers to leave your luggage

The hotel did not send me an invoice despite I have been asking them 4 times via mail and directly on booking.com. The phone number to call is a catastrophe - no matter what option you choose and how frequently you call - nobody is picking up your call.

The rooms were perfectly adequate as a sole traveller. The bar and table space to play games whilst visiting Essen Spiel 2022 were atmospheric and the staff could not do enough to help us. Every member of your team was friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the bar and quick wi-fi meant that my friends who stayed at another hotel preferred to hang out at the Moxy with me!

Close to the station - a big plus. Great ambience, although the room I was in was a bit small. Wonderful staff, all of them. Very helpful and accommodating.

Please keep a kettle in the room! The staff were very friendly to provide us with hot water when ever we wanted, but having the kettle in our rooms would have been more helpful.

The staff - everyone is easy-going and nice, even switching off AC was no problem. The facilities are stylish but also good for kids who are not treated as a nuisance. We're definitely coming back.

The location is perfect as it's only 2 minutes walk from the Essen Hbf. The staffs are really friendly and hospitable, apt to help and answer guests' questions. The room's spacious, stylish, neat and clean. The room's cleaned and the towels are changed everyday. The door and windows are well sound-proof, so no noise pollution during our stay. The lounge on the ground floor is cozy, with free mint drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxed quite well here.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from high street. Q-park opposite hotel, book online for 10 euros per day, cheaper than hotel parking. Modern rooms small, but comfortable. Complimentary welcome drink. Quick check-in, nice staff at reception. TV remote wasn't working, but when asked at reception was swiftly replaced. Breakfast adequate. Good value for money.

Wonderful people. They were so helpful and nice! It's the best team I've ever met. The chain is always doing a great job. We had an early flight, so we asked to pack our breakfast and it was wonderful. We also got so many useful info and recommendations. We'll definitely come back!

Place is decent. Stuff are kind and friendly. As a big plus, it is vey near to train station which has always open places even on Sunday :)

There is not much to eat if you miss breakfast. The items they sell is vey expensive. I expect that will be higher as it is a hotel but still it was too much I think for a water.

Someone from housekepeing entered our room at 7AM. Also the breakfast is kind of difficult since there is really no space to put your tray during your collection at the buffet. The drawers who should support this are all blocked by other decoration items.
