Location to the city center for the Christmas Market was perfect. Room was very clean. Breakfast had many options available.

The floor connected with the doors of the shower was really bad. The water swam out of the shower putting the entire bathroom under water. We had to use all towels available to dry the floor. Really not well thought of! Not enough sitting spots available during breakfast time at 10am. Id' suggest to work with selected times for breakfast so not everyone comes at the same time. Also, it was impossible to get a coffee as there was only 1 machine and the waiting line very long.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was good. There is a coffee machine downstairs, where you can get coffee 24/7, also you can get juice and water there. The room is big and clean. We loved the design and the lights there. The room is modern and has everything you need. You can even cook there, wash your dishes with dishwasher. Huge thanks to sound isolation on windows. The location is very central, that is why it can get very loud at night. Sound isolated windows grant you cozy sleep. Coming to the beds - they are comfortable, if you are three persons, there is a sofa which is also real cozy. We had great breakfast, there is a plenty of different dishes. WIFI worked great, had no issues with that. I can only recommend this hotel, price / quality is perfect.

If you want to sleep with open windows at night, you would have problem doing so. There are a lot of partying people at night, since the location is very central. The stream of water in the shower was not as we expected it to be, could be better.

We liked that it had Hangers that could be taken out of the closet, that we had an iron, a hot water kettel just to name a few of the pluses. The location was excellent close to the central city but still quiet when you had a room out to the back. The Breakfast was more then expected. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is really excellent, right opposite the station, opposite a Q-Park garage and within short walking distance of the X-mas market, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and modern (including a small kitchen with fridge and microwave). All very new and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive and tasty. Staff very friendly indeed.

The registration process upon arrival is very unsatisfying and inefficient. All our personal data had to be filled out by hand again (which is quite strange considering the fact that all is known at Booking.com). The two male staff members were very friendly but it took the two of them ( ! ) way too much time to process just one booking. This really ought be an automatic process like all over the world. Quite inefficient in my opinion.

Good breakfast, but breakfast logistics did not match the number of guests. Lack of cups, plates, line-up in front of just one coffee machine One morning we had to wait 10 minutes before a table was available. This should be improved to allow a relaxing breakfast indeed....

The hotel was fantastic for travelling with work. Had everything you would need and was extremely clean. Location was great - very close to the train station, but still quiet enough to sleep well at night. Breakfast was comprehensive with lots to chose from. Would highly recommend if travelling with work.

Perfect location. Excellent, attentive staff, great breakfast, the room was very well equipped.

They need to invest in another coffee machine. The queues of people waiting for the only one in the breakfast hall at the weekend made my stress levels rise!

Bed was comfortable, it was a central location and there was a lot of space in the room.

We had the feeling that the personal was rushing us during breakfast time because it was just like 20 before finishing.

The hotel was great. The location was perfect and the room was very clean. Also the breakfast was good. There is a Q-park across the street where you can park for €12 a day if the hotel parking lot is full.

I went to this hotel with my dog. The hotel is very dog friendly. However the price for the dog was €20 for one night. I think that is a bit expensive, especially for the really small size of my dog.
