Like many other comments said, the furniture is on the older side, both literally and style-wise. It was, however, in good shape and fully functional. The street was quiet, and only a short walk away from both the train and subway stations. I checked in on weekend, so there was no staff, but I got very clear instructions and there were no issues whatsoever. There were also kiwi in a bowl at the reception along with other fruits! 🥝😍 The bed had multiple pillows, catering to all the tastes, the fridge was functional, the windows had good insulation and good drapes. The only thing that could become a real problem for somebody was a neon sign right outside my window. Personally, I liked having it, but for some people it could be a huge bother. Then again, there are some very thick drapes on the window, so it can be blocked off.

I only had some minor issues, most of them entirely subjective: for example, I like my mattresses to be harder (it wasn't sagging or old, just a different type, and it was still comfortable), the water pressure wasn't as good as it could be, and the carpeted floor always gives me anxiety about me spilling something on it 😅

The place surprised me nicely. It is close to the main train station with walking distance around 10-15minutes, it offers good breakfast and 24/7 wellness consisting of sauna and fitness room. Keep in mind sauna takes around 0,5-1 hour to get heated, but it can be used non-stop. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, my late arrival was without any issues with self check-in and the host also contacted me prior to that to confirm if I received all needed information. That was really nice! The place is another 10 minutes from the metro station and 5 minutes from the tram stop. Very convenient bed as well with variety of pillows and nice size for one person - sometimes one person beds tend to be very narrow, this was definitely not the case, I felt like a queen there. :) Highly recommend this practical and pleasant stay, and last but not least, few details like free basket with fruit at the reception make you feel that the owners do care about the guests.

Close to the main train station (< 10 minutes walk), and the sauna was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing after a long day out in the cold! Single room was spacious and very clean and had extra amenities like a stocked mini-bar (with reasonable prices) and refrigerator. The owner, who warmly welcomed me on arrival, was also very helpful.

Front desk isn’t open 24 hours, but the owner was very proactive and reached out in advance with options for checking in late, if needed.

Closer to train station in order to make day trips. They had a fan in the room which was really needed for me as it was hot when I checked in. They also had a mini fridge with everything that one would need which was great. Frank was very helpful and he even let me keep my key after checkout as I had left my luggage at the reception.

There were no instruction saying that you have the open the room door by keeping the key twisted which made me call the emergency number in the middle of the night but it wasn’t a major deal.

1. Central location: 3min. by foot from the main railway station, 4 min. from the old city, walking distance to the Documentation Center. 2. Several supermarkets close to the hotel (Norma, Penny) and a lot of small shops. 3. It is not a 5-star hotel, so room was not big, but absolutely enough for 3 people. 4. Kitchen in the room!!! All you need was there! We used it for the breakfasts only. 5. Room was clean and it was warm in the whole hotel. 6. Super sauna!!! We were there 2 evenings, just alone. Nice relax area. Wonderful shower with many modes. Many towels. 7. Very good fitness centre. 8. Nice stuff, very friendly, even let us stay 2 more hours in the room after the check-out. 9. We did not take breakfasts, but I am sure they were good as well ))

The location was close from central station. The room was clean and good enough equipment. Breakfast was a simple style and nice taste. The reception staff was very friendly staff and good communication. The cost performance was also good.

The water of shower was leaking to the toilet when I was using the first. Therefore you should be careful to handle the shower head if you use.

10 min from Nürnberg Hbf on foot My room included a kitchenette with pans, cutlery and fridge, although it was not mentioned when I booked. Ideal for a longer stay. Breakfast I had not taken, as I left at 05:30. Maybe not quite soundproof but I had a quiet night. I don‘t promise that for your stay.

A solid little soap would be welcome. Only liquid one in bottles is there. Not a complaint, though.

Since I was in the city for the trade fair, it was a super convenient choice to stay at Advantage Apartments. Location is very good as it's just a short walk from the subway, there are supermarkets nearby as well as some nice places to eat. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms have everything you need and are super clean. Would definitely stay there again!

The only downside is there is no AC, so for my stay with 38C outside it was a little too hot in the room, so if you are sensitive to that keep it in mind. But I guess it's not a big deal as in general not all hotels in Germany and elsewhere in Europe have ACs (like in the US) and there are rarely such heat in Germany as there was this summer.. :)

The hotel is close to Central Station. By tram (number 7 or 8), you can reach the local under 5 minutes. Everything works perfectly: the room is comfortable and perfect if you’re alone and spending a time in Nuremberg.

I thought that I had made a reservation that includes kitchen facilities. But, when I got in contact with the hotel they told me that this option is only available under request and for a superior room. I don’t know if I made a mistake or the information on Booking leads you to think something different. But, anyway: I do recommend stay on the hotel.

Bed was very comfy. Room is large and spacious. Very clean. Staff is great and really friendly. They also have a gym/sauna for you to use if you would like. I had a quick look (didn't use) they have plenty of equipment in there - dumbbells and machines. Location is great - only a 10min walk from the station and trams all around.
