The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The location was perfect - close to old town, the Documentation center, the Hall of Justice and many other things. They also offered day trips from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in knowing what tram lines to take if you wanted to take public transportation.

I can’t say anything bad about the property. My only suggestion is to put directions on the Lilli coffee maker. I would have preferred that to the instant in the room.

this is not the first time I stay here during Biofach exhibition. noticed that room service only operates during lunch and evening hours. example I arrived at 3 pm from airport very hungry. could not order before 6 pm. in a five star hotel room service must be around the clock. also did not have an Adaptor for European socket. requested from front desk. they told me I have to purchase it which I did. this should be free given to me as a guest to borrow upon my stay as done in all five star hotel. I felt prior to COVID the hotel was much much better.

When we came back after our visit of the city which we startet at 11 in the morning until 18 o'clock our door of the room was not closed! We closed it when we left so probably the cleaning stuff left it open afer cleaning our room! That is not at all as it should be! The room we had did not let much daylight in as it was directing a small court.

The location is perfect. It is in front of the main train station and across the street from the beautiful Old Town. The breakfast buffet was great. The room and the bathroom were big. It is an old hotel, but it is well kept and it is very clean. It is a Marriott Hotel.

The restaurant was closed at night. They said it was fully booked for one week (¿). This was VERY inconvinient for us. There is a gym next door and the trainer uses a powerful microphone all day and until late at night. The windows didn't prevent the noise to be heard inside the room.

We loved the fact that it was a historical hotel. the location was perfect. Just across the street for the train station made it easy to transfer from the airport to the hotel. The room was comfy and met all our needs

It would have been safer if a rubber mat was provided for the bath tub. We had a fear of sliding down while showering. We had to improvise and use a towel to stand on to feel safe

A fabulous location, on the edge of the Altstadt, with its many attractions and restaurants, not to mention the Christmas Market. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. And the breakfast was outstanding.

The bathroom was small. Since I was the only person in the room, I could manage, but a couple might have a challenge. There was also little shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries.

The location was perfect (directly at the main train station and walking distance to all over town). The hotel has the feel of "grand old" hotels, very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the room was nicely spaced out, not a crammed little room you often get in Europe.

Parking is NOT free, we managed to not research/notice this properly prior to arriving and we end up paying 20+ euros. Also, it's not on location but opposite at the train station, so you drive 5min in a loop and walk back 5min to room No biggie overall but... but, so you know, it'll cost you.

It’s a very well appointed hotel from design, to the smells in the hallways, the restaurant, the bar, and the conference facility. Very professional.

It’s very good as it is. Please keep up these standards!

Bathrooms are beautifully decorated - old but gold type. Breakfast is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room that they first gave me was facing a wall! I asked the reception to change it and thankfully they did. I do not know why such a horrible room was given in the first place - the hotel was not full.
