Good location outside innerstadt and close to several restaurants, one of which is a great Ethiopian restaurant named "Lucy." Close to tram and not from old Nazi Party rally grounds and museum if you're into history. Parking is a breeze f.or only 8.5 E a day and is located just behind the apartments. Kitchen was conveniently laid out with all the necessary accouterments.

Only complaint was from my wife who didn't like the bathroom being located right off the kitchen. I didn't have a problems with it.

We stayed for 2 nights and the appartmment offered all what we needed. Of course it can be improved, maybe with an owen, but still, it offers all you need. It was very clean, close to train station and city fortress (10 - 15 min walk). Very good bakery at 3 min, REWE at 5 min. There was very good cofe in the room, it was silence and we could rest very well. Very good report quality/price.

Ms Falk received us. She was extremely warm n helpful. Helped with the luggage n took time to share nearby good restaurants after asking for our preference. Asked whether we liked hard pillows n supplied them to use. Very customer oriented. The room is comfortable, well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, convection oven. Room very clean as it is cleaned daily. Heater worked very well. Toilet very clean, water heater worked well. Bed is comfortable. Supplied a big selection of tea.

Met my expectations.

Central location, extremely quiet. Close to main street without the noise. 5 minute walk to trams and buses, 15 minute walk to main train station and 20 minute walk to Old Town center. Easy to get to with cheap private parking. Manager was very nice and helpful. Best written communication prior to arrival we have ever had. Our apartment had everything you needed.

We arrived at two so we had to spend two hours waiting for the reception to open. We knew ahead of time reception was only open from 4:00 to 8:00 but it would be nice if they could open a little earlier.

Really exceptional family suite during our stay in Nuremberg, Germany. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. The flat was very clean and comfortable bed. Location wise, easy to commute via Metro (10 mins walk) or Tram 4 mins. Extremely convenient surrounded with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and would come back to stay again.

We stayed in this apartment for a weekend - 28-30 July 2023. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very good, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for the purpose of our stay. The location is good, and not too far from the main station or the old town. All in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay, and will recommend it.

Everything! It is very quiet, lay out was well thought through. Fridge, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery made our stay very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful. Property is reached easily with a tram from the main station and a small walk. The old town is easy to reach by foot. Very good value accommodation.

Nice little studio apartment, with all the necessary appliances, coffee, tea, etc. Wouldn't have minded living in such a place as a student. Everything was very new and very clean. I didn't expect much from this part of town, but it actually has some nice restaurants, cafes and even a really cool Kino at walking distance!

No problems really. Some street noise (tram, cars, municipal trucks) but nothing strange for such a big city. Perhaps the cleaning staff could check the "uncommon" places (behind the bathroom door) a bit moor often, but otherwise everything was very clean.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, kitchenware and all utensils. Baby bed is also available for infants. The location is 15 min walking distance to the main train station, and 3 stops by tram. Nearby there are restaurants (excellent Italian pizzeria, Vietnamese restaurant, kebab, etc.), supermarkets and also bakery is 5 min walking distance. The apartment is in very good condition and very clean. We were traveling for leisure but this apartment would also be very convenient for business people staying for couple of weeks. Separate bedroom from living room/kitchen, which gives you some space. Definitely a place I would recommend.

very modernised, well equipped and comfortable apartment. It’s close to the city, about 10 min to walk to the main train station and about 25 minutes to walk to the market area in Altstadt. That’s no problem for us with a 7-year-old kid and it’s especially good to take the walk back from the city after a big treat in one of the local restaurants.

There is free street parking, but you don’t necessarily always find a spot. If u do find one, it’s probably better to not move the car anymore. Or, you may also ask for the parking service for €7 per day, which is no big deal for parking in a big city.
