Great lay out, charging ports near bed, easy to arrange suitcases and stuff. Very clean and walking distance to town. Breakfast was great and made fresh every day. Very close to town and the Xmas market, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Tiny shower, hard not to get water all over the floor. A little noisy at night, but not the property’s fault. Under staffed on the holidays Dec 24 and 25. The one waiter did a great job, but he definitely could have used some help! Some staff didn’t speak English, and didn’t understand breakfast requests. One day when I wasn’t feeling well, I asked for the yogurt just to be by itself and not mixed with the fruit. It came out premade all mixed together .

Comparing to other variants the price was ok. The place and service are just perfect. Big cool room, nothing excessive, but everything you need, quiet, comfortable big bad, nice cosmetic in the bathroom. Perfect breakfast, very nice and funny waiter. Parking for 12,50 euro is nearby. Reservations are available

After we left, someone wrote us through booking messenger in the same chat we exchanged messages with hotel personal and ask for my banking card number (!), because “we didn’t pay when leaving”. Immediately I received a message from booking system saying that I shouldn’t tell my card number to anyone due to online scams. But how it is possible at all inside the booking system? Don’t know. The Hotel Five is highly recommended though

-Awesome room, huge, comfortable and super clean! I loved the body products, soap and body cream: beautifully scented! The bathroom was very large and practical. There was a big wardrobe, armchair and a little table, so we could place all our luggage and relax. - The baby bed for our daughter (2years and half) was carefully prepared and she loved sleeping there. - The breakfast was amazing, we especially appreciated the pancakes and smoked salmon. There is a large variety of food and the cappuccino was very well done. - Kind staff at the reception and at the breakfast room too. Also the cleaning staff was very kind and waited to make up our room as our daughter was still sleeping. -Parking lot very near to the hotel

The doors of our shower did not close perfectly and some water came out.

Location was super, one block from the main market square. Public transportation is within a block walking distance. The hotel would store your bags if you arrived early and keep them after you checked out if you still had sites to see before you left town for free. Breakfast was included and ordered off a menu, but you could order as much or as many items as you wanted. This was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Homemade and fresh. This place is very clean and the staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

We were impressed and more than happy with the stay. Easy check in and the staff was friendly at all times. The room was big and nice and clean. It had the wow effect. Everything needed in there and charger for phones which were a nice extra. The bathroom had soaps and shampoo and they sure were great and smelling amazing. I loved them. Breakfast was different because it was not like other hotels done as buffet but they made it even better. Scrambled eggs with ham or bacon were made fresh and you sure tasted it. Got croissants, bread and everything needed. Still nice and warm. You can choose what you like for breakfast just like any other hotel, just that is is being served fresh when ordered and not been sitting in a warm room an a tray for a while. Love this concept too. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we had traveling and we would always stay at this hotel again when visiting again. What you pay and get does not really match as you get way more than you pay for in my opinion. The amazing stay we had we would have expected from a expensive hotel but this The Five for sure gives you a lot but is not expensive at all. Another plus point for it. Great service but not overpriced. We will always suggest to stay at the Five if you go to Nuernberg.

thanks a lot for special service (we arrived at night and the key waited for us in the special place!) the room was comfortable, the bed was strong. in the room there're also kettle and coffee machine, and a pretty collection of soaps, shampoos and hair conditioners. also it was such a tasty breakfast!

next time I'd like to get the room with the view to the street and not to the inner yard

Clean, and spaceous room. Nice bathroom. The airco did a great job as it was a quite warm evening.

The breakfast concept: Breakfast was served in the next door cafe restaurant. You need to order your breakfast from a menu and wait for your morning coffee till food is ready. It can be a long wait if more guests will have their breakfast at the same moment. I prefer to have the freedom to choose the timing of my drinks and food by myself.

Breakfast was in the attached restaurant and was excellent. The room was quiet, secure , and clean. very convenient to sights.

This may only be us, but more overhead light is always appreciated. Parking was in a separate building, which was quite secure but somewhat difficult to find.

We really like that they have menu for breakfast and it wasn't like boring buffet breakfast - we can order as much as we want. The breakfast was exceptional 👌. it's included with the price of your staying. staffs were very friendly and professional and they also have small box filled with toys. so it was perfect for our boy while we are at the restaurant

the elevator is quite small. but it's not a big deal

The location was fantastic and the desk staff were really friendly.

The cleaning staff seemed unaware of our late check-out time and disturbed us multiple times, even though we had a do-not disturb sign hanging on the door. Also, although there was free coffee provided, they didn't have caffeinated coffee available!
