Hotel INCLUDiO

I have enjoyed the hotel very much, foremost because of the wonderful people that work there and every single time, when I will be passing through Regensburg, I will come to this very special place. At the check-out, when I realized how especially hard-working and remarkable people who working there are, I felt truly moved. Thank you for this hotel and this lovely experience of great business and even greater human kindness!

There is nothing in this hotel that could be better, and you, my dear reader, should come here, before to any other place in the city. Do not miss the opportunity to experience something special and something very nice!

A superb, very high quality hotel. The hotel is new and every part of it is of exceptional quality; the room was amazing! Staff were brilliant with English spoken. The breakfast was outstanding, the biggest and most varied choice we have experienced. It’s also gratifying to know about the hotel’s inclusive policy in terms of staffing. We have cancelled our return trip hotel booking and booked the Includio instead!

Room was spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was super, modern and loads of room with plenty of shelving provided. There was a good choice at breakfast, everything was very fresh and the surroundings were pleasant, including an outdoor seating area. The restaurant and bar were a huge bonus serving a nice choice of food and drink at reasonable prices. The staff were always very friendly, polite and helpful.

Just a couple of things could be improved on: A fridge/minibar in the room would have been good to have especially in this extremely hot weather. Also the aircon could have been a little more efficient, room temperature was still a little too warm. In the shower a grab rail would make it safer when walking on wet tiles; a small shelf for your own shampoo/shower gel etc. would make using the shower easier. Hoovering in the room was not carried out thoroughly enough aroung the bed area.

We stayed for one night passing through. We had a perfect night's rest in the hotel. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved that the hotel has inclusive options for all people. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The soundproof rooms where amazing!! There was something going on outside but that cannot be helped but the room was so soundproof the loud music outside was made to like 15 streets away music so perfect!

Could have used a small fridge but that is more a preference and would have been useful more then anything else.

Been there for third or fourth time now, as a stop on the way, and was satisfied as always. Convenient location close to highway, spacious room, a lot of shelves in the bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Will stay again :) Minor inconvenience was that the parking was closed so I had to find something on the street but I was notified of that in advance.

The best was the staff in present tough conditions. Friendly, helpful. But still following all rules. Everything beside this was a bonus. Clean, practically planned rooms, really comfortable beds. I suggest to discover German smaller towns. Disappointment is impossible according to my experience. I had no knowledge about the city before I visited it. But after I would recommend it to every freind of mine. Walk in the old town. Meet old couples walking hand in hand meeting their Sunday beer. They are smiling to you. And it will make your day. Really.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a good size, bright and clean. The restaurant is ok ans serves good local beers. The breakfast buffet has all you need. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city so is fine if driving and stopping over in Regensburg but less good for visiting the city.

I had a very short stay (and it was ok) but if I would have stayed longer I would have preferred to have a fridge in the room.
