I enjoyed the stay, facilities, interaction with staff, location immensely. Simply everything was spot on. Cannot think of anything to fault.

I must say, I am more into positive feedback. If there were any minor items to talk about, I would suggest letting the guest know when repair personnel is turning up.

A very nice and new Hotel. Really liked the interior design, the little kitchen had everything to cook a simple meal, to make yourself a nice breakfast or lunch/dinner. Especially the oven, the little dishwasher and the wash dryer were way better than expected. The Staff were really nice and helpful and the Cleaning Staff take well care of the the room and kitchen. I travelled alone with my two little kids everyone were really friendly to us. I know wiesbaden very well as I used to life there and we Visite the grandparents there …the location is perfect. Perfect connection to all the buses and to the train station. Less than 2 minutes walk to the city centre, a lot of good restaurants around and cafes/ bakery for a good breakfast.

- unfortunately just the bedroom had USB plugs. - room were quiet dark. We had a room with not many daylight and the indirect lights with the dark color scheme ( very nice and modern) made the room very dark. A ceiling lamp or spots in the kitchen- living room area would have been nice especially in the darker months.

Walking distance to lots of places in town. Room is like an apartment (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, table etc. ) Extremely clean. Excellent, friendly staff.

Parking not included nor available during entire stay. Had to park in nearby parking garage at 30 euro per day. No drawers provided, open shelf instead. ( not even in bedside table).

Very uncooperative in refunding my money for my orig, booking June 2nd - June 5th. After several attempt trying to explain my situation ( Both Booking .com and the Hotel ) did not refund my $ 346.00 . even so that I stayed there June 19-June 22nd. Very bad experience and I will not recommend this Hotel and Booking. com in the future.

Beautiful interiors, amazing big family room with everything you need, very comfortable beds, hotel is new and fresh, breakfasts are not very varied, but the care of the chef makes up for it, he is very nice and helpful.

you can't book parking, but near the hotel there is a big parking in Casino ( 30 euro per day).

The Adina lobby was very modern, clean, and welcoming. Our room was super--very well-organised, with washer/dryer, small kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. We found it the most modern of all the hotels we stayed at in Germany and the location was perfect for dining out, shopping, and use of the thermal baths. Loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wiesbaden!

The mattress on the bed could have provided a little more support, both otherwise, very comfy bedding.

Jasmine, Katherina, and Jeremy made our stay the best we have ever encountered. We spent a lot of time with Jasmine asking questions about the area and just getting to know her, and she is just so sweet and one of the biggest reasons why we had such a wonderful stay at Adina and will book again when we are in Wiesbaden!

cleaning everything looks like new plus the swimming pools and sauna and the staff making you feel comfortable at every point …. housekeeping very good….property just 20 minutes walk from Wiesbaden hautbahnhauf

everything was perfect except the pillows very very soft as I am used to hard pillows

The room was spacious, clean and modern.

The restaurant in site was not friendly and ran out of food on our first morning breakfast. Parking assignment was poor and should be better administered.

The location was fantastic. Bus transportation was very convenient as was an easy walk to downtown locations and the casino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.
