Fantastic location in Wiesbaden, easy to find. Friendly staff, and nice restaurant offering a discount for guests of the hotel. Did have to pay a city tax on arrival (€3 per person), probably says something about this somewhere in the booking info, but I missed it. Tried a couple of times to get information about parking, since it stated that booking in advance was necessary. Never got a reply, don’t know if this is a booking.com issue (not forwarding communication to the property) or a language issue, but the staff was very helpful when we arrived so it worked out. Also had booked for two, but only one of us had been registered from booking.com to the property. The room was therefore set up for only one person (bedding/towels), but again the staff were very helpful when we arrived so not really a problem. All over the issues we had were all seemingly due to poor communication between booking.com and the property, the property itself was lovely.

No breakfast available due to size of breakfast room not meeting German Governments Corona Virus restrictions, however the corona virus restrictritions are what? This did not bother me during my visit 16/5/22 to 20/5/22. But it could cause problems with other people who rely on a breakfast being served. I think I am right that your ad. states room service, however there was none available, unless they class Uber Eats as a form of room service. There was no manned reception after 7 oclock PM. (During my stay.) So whatever you do, remember to take your front door and room key with you. Reception (Zelma) explains this to guests on arrival. Excellent supportive staff front of house and cleaning etc. I was very impressed overall, in particular with Zelma who went beyond her normal duties in helping me with some complex directions etc.

A minor niggle were the corridors which had timer switches contolling the lighting., Perhaps this was due to myself being used to a light being permanantly on in the corridors.at most hotels I have stayed in. There might be a fire regulation infringement there. (But I do not know.) Needless to say the good things in this hotel far outstripped any negative comments.

Super central location, accommodating owners, very clean room with all necessities for a very good price. Hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it is very quiet in the area, bed is very comfy and whole room is super clean. I am pleasantly surprised, considering such a good price. Hotel is definitely above my expectations, coming here again,

everything was perfect, maybe one negative (although ridiculous) point is that the keyfob on the key is really large, hard to fit in small clutch bag if you go out : )

it’s a beautifully set up property with a very warm and welcoming owner .

only problem was the floors are creaky and so when the other guests were checking out early morning , there was a lot of disturbance and felt like my room was shaking too

The location is excellent,good proximity to restaurants, shops and kurpark. The hotel is clean and my stay was comfortable. The staff were helpful especially Ali (he goes out of his way to make guest comfortable) who was very kind to me.
