Booked this hotel because we were on motorcycles and said parking available at a cost no problem when we got there was told there car park was not open and the people who have the garage next door don't allow motorcycles in so use the public car park around the corner parked bikes there 3 days went to pay 90.00 euros wow then car park attended told us we shouldn't have parked there and we might receive a fine when we got back to the hotel re receptionist said we should have been given a half price voucher towards the parking when we checked in but nothing was said not a good experience really the man when we checked in not helpful at all night staff really good just this one male staff member put a downer on it but in saying that the hotel was central clean and tidy not sure if I would return though

* Good air conditioning in the room (it was 36C outside). * Lots of vegan options within walking distance (especially Alebrijes, a fully vegan Mexican/Latin restaurant). * Dogs welcome, and there is a park within walking distance behind the Kurhaus. * The reception was able to give me a toothbrush at 11pm when I realised I forgot mine.

Although normal for many hotels now, I feel 15€ for a dog is a bit much as you get nothing for this.

9th February afternoon. The guest desktop in the foyer didn't work and a staff member told me it was broken for last two years. Sad as I needed to fill in my passenger locator form for the airport to return home. I was told rather gruffly by the manager to go to a place on the main street that helped tourists. He gave me an incorrect location for the tourist office and seemed not interested at all. What a poor ambassador for a fine hotel . I'm not sure what the German word is for hospitality but I guess he didn't know it either!

Especially one person at the reception, we had s nice conversation about the city. It was very friendly conversation, also the ability to buy coffee was varmly welcomed.

The room was extremely cold upon arrival and it took more than 24 hrs to heat it up. Also we did not appreciate staff going I to the room as we had do not disturb sign on the door the entire trip. We also spoke with the staff and asked for toilet paper, he asked us if we needed anything else and we said no we have everything. When we left someone must have gone to our room as upon our arrival we had clean towels and extra soap on the cubboard. We also had to persuade the gentleman at the reception desk that we did not drink the bottle of water from the room, we only used the glasses. And finally the parking in casino car park, we did not appreciate at all.

Nice hotel and great location - in the middle of old city. Delicious breakfasts - impressive and wide range of dishes! AC in room! That was great and not common in Wiesbaden.

The room was rather small, for the short stay was enough, but for the longer one I assume more spacious would be more comfortable.

Location is perfect directly in the city center. We had a room on the side of the hotel away from the busy street at the front. It was therefore very quiet. Rooms are small but clean. Staff very friendly. Public parking available at discount price roughly 10 min. on foot from the hotel. Especially considering the location it is good value for money.

Bed somewhat soft.

Excellent room for the price. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. Very good breakfast (fresh vegetables and fresh fruits) Close to the city centre. The windows have a very good sound isolation (lively square in front of the hotel).

The water draining in the shower was very slow and the water then came into the bathroom.

Location was excellent,view from my room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was early for check in but they already had my room ready

The doors didn't lock from inside, so I felt a bit unsafe. The wash basin was the smallest one I have ever seen, inevitably ended up splashing my feet with water everytime I used it.

Nice hotel, very central location. An absolutely fantastic breakfast, wonderful selection, excellent presentation. Well done.

No parking, a big No No, had gone down some side street's to underground car park only to find it wasn't operational. Big disappointed, but reception staff very helpful.

Super friendly staff was there for every need and question you could have - from the reception to the breakfast and cleaning staff. These people made every return to this cosy hotel made you feel like coming home, and to add to that there is a comfy and spatious lobby space with a bar and tea and coffee available. The location is ideal - quiet, but minutes from shops, restaurants and all the sightseeing points of interest. This hotel has my absolute recommendation!
