We arrived quite late at 21.15 but just managed to have a dinner at the restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a large sofabed for our child. The breakfast was substantial, wide choices and good quality. We were asked to have the breakfast in the garden because we had a dog, but there was no other restriction for the dog. The location is also excellent, close to the heart of the city. There is also a safe parking garage in the basement.

There was a construction work, (of which we noticed nothing) and the swimming pool was closed.

Dorint provided our family with a quiet, clean, comfortable room. Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast. The hotel has an adjoining parking garage-so convenient.

The location provides a quiet weekend getaway-it is however 10-20 minutes walk from most attractions. Not an issue for us.

The location was great. Not too far from downtown and close to the Residenz. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities.

The air conditioning was seriously lacking. It wasn’t cooling our room so were given a different one. In the second room, you could tell the air conditioner was on but we ended up opening the windows to cool the room. Disappointing because this was one of the main reasons that we chose this particular hotel. You would think that a 4 star hotel would be able to deliver on what they advertise; especially given the price.

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good though a bit expensive. It was convenient to be able to park under the hotel.

The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The room and bed were a little too warm for my taste (even with the heating off and the window open) Not meant power sockets (and only on one side of the bed)

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent amenities, liked the personal touch - free water as it was 37 degrees- also chose it due to the air conditioning…

Everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were good, underground parking and a good location.

Freindly, Comfortable, near the station, the city centre and the main hospital of the city. I´ve been coming here 1 time a month for the last year and the have my absolute loyalty!
