We loved this accomodation. We enjoyed the variety of food. There was always a lot to choose from. We had free both wifi and air conditioning, which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got tips on trips and bus timetable with instructions. During our stay there was 1 greek night and 1 karaoke night and we liked both of them.

The only con was the distance of the hotel from the beach. Also there is not much to do in the town. But that is not something the hotel can change.

Food was acceptable, plenty of variety (for a week) always hot. We were fortunate to have been in one of the newer rooms, very nice - I understand the older rooms are not that great. Staff were excellent, you'll not find better, apart from the evening bar man if you ask for a drink a minute after the 10:45 deadline. Moss the boss is excellent, she makes all guests feel like her family

Room cleaning was virtually non existent. Glasses never cleaned, floor never swept or mopped all week. Balcony the same not cleaned once. Sheets never changed, bathroom not cleaned all week - however towels were changed every day which, in our opinion is an absolute waste.. The Hotel is on top of a hill, access by foot is up a 19% incline, it's a killer. Because of this you're not inclined to walk out of an evening. To walk to the beach it's a good 30/40 minutes and that's if you're fit, not great in the Greek heat. You can get a taxi to combat both of these but who wants that extra expense.

Room with pool very beautiful. Staff friendly and always available. Food and drinks ok.

No shampoo/shower gel/water in the room. We have to buy them in the market of the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, with spaces to chill and a pretty outdoor swimming pool. As it wasn't peak season, it wasn't overwhelming. Pur room had amazing views and was very bright. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious, and the night entertainment was fun! Thank you to all staff in Rodos:)

The location is a bit far from everything else. The path to the main beach is confusing. I would recommend renting a car if you wish to move around. The Internet was very poor. The room we got didn't have a shower door, which they could have repaired if broken prior to our stay.

Everything was in good standard,staff working with smiles and attention,can't ask for more. Food options more than enough,especially for breakfast. Hotel not crowded,plenty sun lounges and umbrellas.Our room was with private pool,very big with good amount of storage. Small shop good idea if needed something.

Nothing major,just maybe more toiletries in the room and pool towels,even have them and let for rent for small deposit. Also shuttle to the beach will be very helpful,especially in a hot sunny weather.

It was an amazing holiday, Staff are so friendly ,the manager is a star , The chef and food is brilliant good for any pallet and taste Rooms are nice and cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels the pool is clean like every single wish became reality They made us feel like home I can't rate it high enough

There is nothing I can honestly say ,the stay was amazing Just the steep hill but it's only like 10 minutes and I was enjoying it at nights felt like a little exercise definitely not good for wheelchair users

every single thing about this property is perfect and if you were able to find anything to moan about the staff would have it sorted immediately. wonderful family run hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views (the sunrise was a delight to watch). Very comfortable, modern room with everything to make your stay comfortable - inching even the little reading lights, a fridge, flat-screen TV, hairdryer. Food was out of this world - lots of choice, including some amazing local Greek food which we both love. The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. We will happily ho back there one day.

We loved everything

The staff were the best, especially Paulina, she was so lovely! Even the ladies that cleaned my room were super friendly, always complimenting me and making sure I was comfortable since I was travelling alone.

There were a lot of bugs which obviously is not in the control nor the fault of the hotel, but upon my arrival I had bugs smushed onto my wall from the previous visitors, after experiencing how annoying and how many there was - it was understandable ahah but it would have been nice for them to have been cleaned before my arrival.

I have stayed in Rodos Star Hotel together with my daughters, 19 and 13. We really enjoyed our stay not just that the food was delicious and the staff polite but also because of the overall feeling in the hotel. You feel like you are at home, the guests were friendly and the vibe was positive. The beach is about 2 km so if you are not prepare to climb the heel than rent a car is a beter option. We came back very happy and with great memories from our holiday in Rodos.
