Morfeas Hotel

The hotel is in the old city borders where is not possible to drive or park your car. Owner was so helpful and helped with a parking personally providing us till the first available spot which was close to the hotel. Restaurants, shopping area are withing walking distance. Our main goal was to spent a night there before visiting Nafplion.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but it didn't bothered us. Main functions worked : enough space to sleep, warm water in shower and good breakfast.

Very good location, close to restaurants, and in the middle of the bay, so you can easily explore both sides of it. The room was spotless clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Perfect cleaning service.

The noise from the church next to it. You can hear everything that people say in the corridor. There was a bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom on our first day, but then I just threw water in the water drain, and the smell was gone.

Although this is an old hotel / building, it is nicely kept and more than adequate. The personnel was extremely helpful and the location is great. Price was quite good, especially when considering that this was the high season. I would definitely stay there again as the hotel is tried and tested.

Had some trouble navigating and parking during the busy hours, but the host was extremely helpful - he called us to provide guidelines.

parking was a bit of an adventure since the area immediately around it seemed to require paying/a permit that I couldn’t figure out, but I was able to eventually find a spot both times I needed to park that was a 5-7 minute walk. fine for me, but those with bigger bags or less mobility might have issues in between where they can find parking and the hotel.

Despite being a single person, I was given a lovely room on the 4th floor overlooking the central square and cathedral of Argos. The staff were great, the first day was a buffet breakfast but for my second morning, the hotel was quiet so they made individual orders. There is a water feature across the square, I ate in a restaurant just over the footbridge on the right, good value, nice food and service

The hotel is located in the center of the city, on a pedestrian street. Therefore, you need to look for parking spaces on neighboring streets - there was no problem with this even when returning to the hotel late. The decor of the room is modest. No kettle. A small balcony, but unfortunately without any chairs for sitting. Breakfast simple, but you can eat it outside. Nice service.

The room was nice, excellent view over the square and well equipped. Nice comfy bed for the price, very good value for money. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Housekeeping service each day was excellent.

Parking is on-street a short walk away, and unfortunately there was a cathedral on the square which blared out sermons on a loudspeaker every evening 5-10pm which wasn't the most relaxing thing in the world! Unsure if this is a regular occurrence or just because it was orthodox Easter week, but not a lot the hotel can do about this in any case.

The hotel is easy to reach from the bus station, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the beds were especially comfortable. Functional, pleasant rooms equipped with aircon, a nice en-suite bathroom, plus a balcony with a good view.

The only issues I found with the property were the rattling air-conditioner (which needs to be replaced) and noise from other rooms and the street outside. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but for €4 it was reasonably priced.

Comfortable beds. Location is central and close to restaurants and shops. This was only a quick night to break our drive, it had everything we need and breakfast was great too for the price!

There's no parking at the hotel's property itself, but street parking. Depending what time you arrive it can be difficult to find a spot nearby, but maybe we were just unlucky that evening.

Very clean. Good water pressure. Fairly spacious room. Close walking distance to the main square with several restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff. The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to assist with our parking. Breakfast was adequate ( cold cuts, hard boiled eggs etc )

Parking close to this hotel is a challenge as the road in front is a pedestrian street.
