The staff was excellent and the location was very nice.

It was extremely noisy due to a bar that is on the ground floor. Not the Hotel's fault of course.

The hotel was perfect for us. The location is amazing, just few minutes from Syntagma Square, and very close to all the main monuments of the city, so it was perfect to go by walking. Also there are a lot of bars and restaurantes in the area, so it is easy to find a plan at any time. The staff was the greatest point of the hotel, specially Chrissi, who was so kind and very professional, she gave us a lot of information about the city, which we really appreciated, as it made easier our tourism planning. Also we are very grateful that she was able to let us check in earlier than the check time, as we arrived before than expected, and also for giving us a complete information of the facilities. Thank you Chrissi, you made us feeling at home! Finally, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so we had a good rest after long days walking around the city. Due to COVID situation, they do not have the restaurant open now, so they offer an external breakfast service, but there is no reason to worry about, as it was really good and delicious.

Great location with amazing helpful staff, particularly Jenny at the Front Desk. The room is very clean with a minimalist design. Housekeeping is very attentive, and although the balcony view is of neighboring buildings, the space is very large, comfortable seating, and great for sitting outside relaxing towards the evening when the weather is cooler. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re after a central location with easy access to sights and restaurants

Although not a deal breaker it would be icing on the cake if they had a cafe or small restaurant in the hotel for convenience. Like I said not a deal breaker, because there are so many eating places within 5-10 mins walking or grocery stores within 15-20 mins.

The hotel is in a very central location and the staff could not do enough for you. Special thanks to Jenny & Maria, who were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was unfortunately sick throughout the stay, and they would ring me to check up on me to see if I needed anything. Those little touches made my stay extra special

The only thing I would say is that there is no breakfast room (included breakfast)

Everything about this property was exceptional. From the location (being right in the heart of Athens) to the quietness of the room (although it is situated in a very noisy place). I am a light sleeper and I appreciated how quiet the room was and I could rest very well. The location is amazing, close to almost every attraction and archeological site and wherever you go, it's just 10-15 mins walk, so if you want to go back to the hotel during the day, you can. The staff was really helpful and they went out of their way to meet some special demands I had. 10/10.

they were so nice. they knew I wasn’t able to stay at their hotel on June 19 and 20 due to a mistake in my booking it on wrong dates! they called booking .com without asking me to help me get a refund from them! I tried booking . com so many times and they never tried once to help me! I ended up paying an extra $300 for two nites just because I pushed by mistake non refundable! I never before have pushed that ! disappointed terribly in bookings . com and if they don’t refund me will never use them again and will advise other people to do the same!

The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and modern. We travelled in the middle of a heatwave but the room had great air conditioning.

The reception was not open all the time, so we were unable to store our luggage long enough after our check-out. We wish the hotel itself served breakfast, but they offered an alternative to order to the room.

Fantastic location only a few blocks from Syntagma Square and Syntagma metro station as well as the Plaka which means lots of restaurant choices and shopping (high end and touristy). We walked to all the historical sites (like the Acropolis and ancient Agora and Tower of the Winds). For a tiny building, our room was spacious and the bed plenty big and comfortable with contemporary furniture. The bathroom too was spacious with modern fixtures and a wonderful rainfall showerhead with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The towels were large and soft. There were no noise issues despite the central location. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We got a lot of good value for a low price.

Nothing bad to say. Perhaps a slightly bigger, more noticeable sign out front.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The property felt very safe as there was key access to the front lobby. The room was very stylish and comfortable. Staff was very professional and accessible via WhatsApp with a quick response time.

The shower was not properly sealed, so water escaped from the shower and flooded the bathroom floors when showering. Luckily there was a drain in the bathroom floor, but the drain cover was a bit cracked.

Centrally located, clean modern rooms, and lovely Korres toiletries. The bed is large and a treat for European hotels!

Although not the hotel's fault, it is across from some lively bars/restaurants and there was significant noise through the night on Saturday. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.
