The people on the reception were extremely lovely and always tried to help us when we asked for things! The room was really lovely, very well priced and in a great location.

Room was so spacious! Everything was just so nice, the design, facilities, staff, would definitely come back whenever I'm in Athens. And the location- couldn't get any better than this. Very good value for money! The staff was just so nice it was unbelievable. They even give you free water, sparkling water and beer in the room!

Best choice for young couples or girls trip. Perfect location: On the Ermou street (shopping&restourants) + very close to syntagma metro station However we arrived at the hotel at 10am, they helped for early check-in, staff was very positive and friendly. Room was so clean and modern, I have never ever seen this facilities in 5 stars hotels which I stayed. (Especially bathroom) You don’t have to use key or card to enter the room/building, they send detailed informations with all of passwords.

There was a lot of noise from street during the day. It may be a problem if you want to sleep before 10pm… Hotel has not all floors of the building so anyone can enter the building&elevator but I can say building was safe and secure.

The location entrance is unexpected, but eclectic. There are 2 working vintage elevators. We love the circular marble stairway from the ground floor all the way up to the top floor - very elegant (it might be dangerous when wet though). The building is obviously vintage, but the units are well renovated, decorated, modern and functional. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had one of our favorite meals on Kally’s recommendation.

1) The sink design in the bathroom is artistic & modern, but the cleaning of it must be challenging. I don’t want to think what’s harboring under that slab of marble. 2) I don’t like rain shower heads as I don’t want to get my hair and face wet unless I’m washing my hair. I prefer to have both hands free to scrub with both hands, and the handheld shower head is positioned too low. 3) Outside music/noise is too loud in the late afternoon and evenings.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze, the location of the apartment(s) is so incredibly easy to find because you couldn’t get anymore central, you can walk around everywhere! The facilities were just off the scale, had bamboo toothbrushes, hairdryer, sanitary pack, luxury shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We had a turn down service everyday after we left for the morning, this was super professional. We would come back to fresh pillows and beddings everyday with new towels and robes. The shower was so powerful and easy to use. Everything was just amazing! Words can’t describe it! Coffee machine was excellent, had a bottle of water everyday which is great when abroad and something not to worry about. They really had gone the extra mile. And the apartment bed is absolutely massive and super comfortable! Such a modern, fresh, homely vibe! In the centre of Athens! Seriously what is not to like. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! AMAZING!

It is just in the center , nice location and close to everything, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel apartment is very clean the stuff , housekeeping and Evita the reception lady is very nice and helpful, I would love to say there again and again and again

that the hotels are located on the main street and there are many activities such as musicians, singers and others, sounds can be heard at all times, and most of these activities extend for late hours, which causes disturbance. I suggest installing soundproof windows. There is construction work in the building, which causes disturbance from early in the morning.

positive: great location, very friendly staff and beautiful room. however the price is really not justified: the entrance is just a random building, partially in construction, there is no lobby (just a desk) or anything. so you really only get a nice room and nothing more (we paid 175€/night in March, which is clearly to much). shower pressure is low, bed unfortunately uncomfortable although pretty, no possibility to hang up your towels, wardrobe unstable.. no small details of hospitality or anything. we would give a 10 for location and also the room if the price would have been a lot lower but with the price we paid it does not fit.

Fantastic and friendly Hotel staff who were super lovely. Great communication. Fantastic housekeeping so lovely and friendly too! The reception was small and not so fancy, wasn't sure what to expect with the room, I stepped in and it well exceeded my expectations! the room is super lush, decor modern, very clean and cute pink stool. Location is very central and perfect. I love how it is non-descript so it doesn't draw attention to outside people that you are staying somewhere fancy (fantastic for safety reasons especially when you are traveling). The facilities are super modern where you use keypad for entry into the building, lift and room. Rooms were very clean and kept daily by housekeeping. Bed and pillows were super comfy. There is a proper showerhead as well as a european handshower option. Great location right on the mall. Complimentary water bottles replenished each day which was fantastic and what you would expect for the price. Complimentary coffee/tea as well. Staff communicated well via Whatsapp. I decided to extend my stay by two nights staff organised efficiently and I had a smooth transition to my new room including them allowing me to transfer to the new room two doors down at time of check out. Airport taxi was organised efficiently. Hotel location VERY close to Syntagma square train station, and all shops, opposite Zara in the mall, and close to metropolis street. Decent food options nearby. Was a great place to get some R&R and shopping in before heading home. I had the best sleep in this hotel. Loved it.

NONE. If you adopt the european lifestyle and stay out until 11:30 pm at night (or later). There are NO issues with noise because there is a law enforced curfew after 11:30 pm at night where all busking in the mall is shut down by police, if you are an early sleeper earplugs are provided in bedside drawer. I had the BEST sleep at this hotel.

Apartment is New, Clean, Spacious, with all necessary things as slippers and stuff as toiletries inside as it would be in hotel! Location is great! Welcoming drinks as Wine, bear, sparkling and still water. And every day water is complimentary. None disturbs you from early morning with cleaning service or so.. bed is very comfortable and linings are clean and high quality.. I really have enjoyed my stay and privacy👌🤗

I wish all building would be a hotel, and I really wish the owner will make it siga-siga come true, so the entrance will be same level and design as NUR The only thing that I can consider as small issue is a poor door sound isolation, as you can hear any sounds such as cleaning ladies working or moving their stuff, although the windows has great sound isolation so I didnt hear too much noise coming from the busiest central walking street😊
