The room was OK with mostly everything that you need. A balcony with a beautiful view of Acropolis was stunning!

Breakfast. There was no choice for people with dietary restrictions. I could only eat the eggs. The staff could not help me, I don't think they even had any idea about allergens.

We loved the location of the property , near to Syntagma Square , the Greek Parliament ,local shopping and great local restaurants, the Plaka and Acropolis. The breakfast room view is difficult to beat ,as this seems to one of Athens tallest buildings, facing the east and southern aspect of the Parthenon atop of the magnificent Acropolis. Breakfast is served with interior and exterior seating all with fabulous views and the Hotel offers Continental buffet (fruits , hams ,cheese and pastries) and a cooked breakfast Buffet ( Eggs ,bacon, sausages ) All very well presented and regularly refreshed. The waiting staff are extremely cheerful and very helpful ( ice + water for refillable water bottles was no problem). We chose a superior double with City view balcony and this was very comfortable having been recently renovated ( as are most of the rooms in the Hotel)

There were ‘missings’ rather than things we didn’t like. Such as we do appreciate the Hotel is in stages of renovation ( and this is really well done -no dust ,debris or noise) and however a big missing was not being able use the rooftop in the evenings as a bar or restaurant given the magnificent views. I’m sure this will be resolved in the New Year 2023. It will be an enormous benefit. We would have also appreciated balcony furniture to sit on during the warm evenings. This was mentioned but did not materialise -maybe it was lost in translation.

Location was central near Syngmanta square. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the fragrance when entered in hotel and also that comes from the washroom. There was air conditioning for room but not controlled for all building which is good as I set my room temperature according to my needs.

The only thing I was disappointed that I didn’t get the room where I can view the Acropolis as I want to experience it. There roof top is not open after breakfast time. Another thing is as all facilities were available in the room but it was strange that after housekeeping they don’t put water bottles daily. It was only for a day 1 anyways it’s not that expensive but I have to bring it daily for evening.

We were upgraded to an 'Acropolis Frame Room' on the 8th floor and the view was amazing. I slept with the curtains open just to see the Parthenon lit up all night! The Breakfast room on the 9th floor was even better with an option to sit outside, which we did. From the rooftop veranda you could see the view of the city from all sides. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and she allowed us to check in early at no extra charge and also arranged for us to leave our luggage in a secure storage room after our 11am checkout as we had an evening flight. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of Syntagma Square and the metro station and also the main shopping street Ermou so we were able to spend a full day sightseeing before collecting our luggage to leave for the airport.

Unfortunately the breakfast was poor. There was quite a nice selection of food but the cooked breakfast wasn't good (very strange scrambled eggs, thin, fatty bacon, cheap quality baked beans!) so I opted to have some Greek yoghurt and fruit instead. The waiter was sullen and didn't like it when I opted to sit outside rather than in the hot, stuffy rooftop room which was like a greenhouse (it was January but the sun was shining in through the full glass windows) and kept shutting the sliding doors leading out onto the rooftop terrace. Another small complaint is that there were only two espresso capsules for the coffee machine in our room so I had to request more from the cleaners as my husband and I both drink double shots of coffee.

The location is great and everything is a walking distance from the hotel. At the same time it’s on a quieter street than most. The staff is great and very helpful and have good spirit. Breakfast is basic but has many choices and the view from the restaurant is stunning.

The internal view room is basically a room with no windows !! To be precise it has a window that does not open and has tented glass so internal view is Greek for prison. Rooms are basic , powder instant coffee , kettle with two paper cups , you get two bottles of water when you check in and they are no new ones even after four nights stay.

Very well located with walking distance from nice restaurants and bars, and from metro station. Nice rooftop although currently closed in the evening. Breakfast is 6€ and is worth the price, especially as you can eat with a nice view on the Acropolis. Friendly and helpful staff

Rooms at the back are quiet but give on a wall, so very dark. Not a problem if you only sleep there though.

Outstanding location, 3 blocks from Syntagma & easy walk to Plaka, Monasteraki, Central Market, National Library, etc. Best of all, the included breakfast was on 10th floor roof with amazing views of Acropolis, Parliament, Monasteraki, etc. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were kind, cheerful & helpful (seems typical of Greeks). Breakfast was very plentiful, with lots of Greek food as well as cereals, fruit, meat/cheese/salad, coffee/tea/jiuice, etc.

The shower stall had no place to put soap or shampoo, except balanced on shower handle or on the floor. That's the only dissatisfaction with room & bathroom.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 100m from Syntagma Square, and just a 50-100 meters from the main pedestrian street. The staff are super helpful on anything. The beds were very comfortable, good free guest wifi that worked everywhere. The rooftop breakfast terrace is worth all the money, and the view of the Acropolis is unparalleled.

tiny nitpickings:, we had a bathtub but no stopper, wifi didn't work as well on the rooftop terrace. Athens is a big city, and there is always noise outside, we stayed on the 1st floor so party/crazy people might just shout and generally make a lot of noise in the middle of the night. But, if you live on the top floors e.g. 6-9, you will be standing around waiting for the elevator quite a bit as its just 2 small elevators for 10 floors, but these are all really minor things compared to the positives!

Best view in Athens and allegedly best room in the hotel. (903) Very professional and friendly receptionist. Good breakfast but very few gluten free options- they do offer gluten free bread, mind! Very noisy from 6.30 in the morning when they set up the restaurant above for breakfast- not much considerations for those who would like to sleep. And I do not refer to guests, but staff. No iron in the room and no glass/ china cups. Disappointingly, they only offer a couple of paper cups (we used one for tooth brushes, so we were left with 1). No minibar- just a couple of water bottles, but warm. No one to help with luggages - again a surprise! But overall, we would go back although we were explicitly told that we will not be able to book the same room because ‘that is not possible. Similar yes but the same, no!’
