Good location, quick commute via foot or public transport to either seaside or city centre and historic attractions. Plenty of various amenities within walking distance from the hotel (food outlets, caffes, grocery markets, trams and buses). Rooms quite outdated albeit very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff polite and happy to assist.

Noise could be an issue for some (I didn't mind) as hotel is located right by one of the major roads of Athens. I found hot water was only available in the morning and evenings. Not hot water throughout the day. Again, this was not a major issue for me but for those who like to shower midday, cold showers only. Breakfast could be more varied. They serve the same food every morning. .

The staff was amazing, food in on -site restaurant was excellent and when I asked them for alternative options they did fulfill my request. That was amazing! Apart from that they do collaborate with laundry services, which makes it ideal for long stays. Rooms have been very comfortable and immaculate. Cleaning ladys very attentive and helpful.

All disadvantages were sorted out by the helpful willing -to -compensate staff.

The blonde lady at the reception was very helpful but also her colleagues. :) She offered us a better room after arrival. The room was ready before check-in and they cleaned it almost every day even though we didn't request that :) The hotel is close to the city center but also nearby beaches just a few minutes by public transportation.

Maybe a bit old-fashioned style hotel but anyway it was lovely to stay here.

This place was pretty cheap and a good value. It was walking distance to the conference center that I needed to go to (Grand Hyatt). No real complaints.

As you might expect, the room was pretty small with no frills. The bed wasn't the most comfy either. But overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep or if you're a solo traveller, this place is fine.

Clean and big room. There ia a fridge and air conditioner with a private bath in the room. The room service was excellent and they prepared the room every day. The breakfast was good for the value. The hotel restaurant is cozy to stay foe some time there. The location is a good plus close to the city center and easy to reach to many sightseeing places from there.

Room was as expected and enough for everything. Other tourist were a bit loudy late at night, but that is not the fault of the place. Breakfast was so nice even though I could have imagine a bit richer varieties of food, there were not much possiblities to chose from, but in any case the things that we could eat were perfect.

I appreciated the staff, the restaurants atmosphere and quiet and calm breakfast. The hotel is nicely situated with regards to public transport.

Even thoug the windows were soundproof, the noise from passing cars could still be heard, especially during night. I was a little bit concerned about the power outlets, because they were losely attached.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and they're cleaning everyday. Breakfast was okay and there are cheap options for dinner. Actually it's pretty okay compared to the price. Location even good. 10 min by bus to center from right side and 10 min by bus to beach from left side.

breakfast was good. the biggest impression was left by the waiter who served us in the lobby in the evening, who is very kind and nice. his name is Argiris, the world would be a better place if there were more such people. All praise for the hotel, and if the road ever takes me back to Athens I will no doubt go there again

There has been an improvement in all departments of the hotel, the staff was great, the dining room and the food are very good, the attitude is great, the room is great, there is a working air conditioner and a working safe, everything is fine
