Location is not the most central, however it is very well connected by local buses allowing you to reach many tourist spots in 15mins or less. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It is a nice touch that they keep the room stocked with bottled water and coffee pods for the duration of your stay.

The hotel is on a main road so expect a little noise, for many this will be OK. The corridor was noisy on a couple of nights with other guests coming & going - sound seemed to carry down the corridor. If you want to be within walking distance of the sights this is not for you (but public transport is great!)

Everything was new. The rooftop bar had a nice view of city. Food was good. Water was hot enough in the rooms. Liked the air con, coffee machine, free bottled water. Room had a direct view of the Acropolis. Lovely roof top pool (although not heated). Bus stop just outside the hotel that takes you to the nearest metro station in 10 min. Gave us two separate single beds as requested.

The bed sheets looked very clean, however, we both got bitten by either bed bugs or mosquitos over the period of those several days. We had the maid knock on our door for cleaning just before we were about to leave the room to check out before 11am so we felt like they were trying to kick us out despite knowing it was our last day at the hotel. Some works on the roof were still being carried out.

I really like the rooms, they are very nice and the fact that you don't need a key or you don't have to check in or out is pretty amazing. The customer service was 5 star. Anna and Marialena made Mr feel so welcomed. They was able to answer any questions I had and was super helpful. I never been to a hotel and the customer service was that great. I plan to revisit Athens and I will not stay anywhere else. In my opinion they deserve a raise. I made sure to get their names just for this review. Thanks for the stay.

Service: This is by far the most accommodating and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived to the hotel my husband had a terrible migraine and the staff helped me beyond measure. They made sure we had everything we needed in the room, they followed up and even moved our room to one that would be better for us. I am so grateful for that. Room: The room is nice, spacious and clean, it has everything you need. Our room was very quiet. Bed: The bed is new and comfortable. It is a good hotel overall

Food: At the time I stayed the upper floor wasn’t finished, therefore the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast and we had to purchase all the meals off the room service menu. However the food is good and at a good price. Location: It is a €10 taxi from the center.

If you are looking for lux and easy stay, choose this hotel. Very modern and comfortable hotel. We love design of the room, lobby, corridors. We are very grateful for welcoming wine bottle gift. For check in we got sms messages with code, there is no keys. We requested early check in and have been accommodated with it. Staff is great, super friendly and helpful. The room were cleaned every day. Location is amazing. There is parking available for extra purchase. Also you can order food just by scanning qr code. There is airport transfers available for booking through app with super professional drivers. And window view 😍 on Acropolis. We fell in love with this hotel.

Friendly and helpful reception staff who are there 24/7 if you need anything; spacious room and love the clean, modern design; easy check in with present out passcode to get into the room. It is a little bit out of the central but it’s only a 10min drive and usually coat less than 10 euro one way to catch a taxi

Things to improve on: - tissue box and hair dryer (can borrow from reception) in the room would be nice - a “Do Not Disturb” sign - a restaurant in the premise would be good. There is a kitchen and you can order room service meals from scanning QR code but considering there’s no other restaurants around, food option is quite limited - a direct phone line to reception Overall I’m quite happy with my stay, just there are a few things to improve on to make the stay even better

We had a great experience. We had booked another hotel that was terrible, and had to switch at the last minute -- It was very stressful since I was travelling alone with my two kids! I'm glad I selected Lux & Easy. The staff were incredible, preparing our room so we could check in early. Everything was spotless and comfortable.

The only thing to be aware of is that the location isn't the best, since it's a bit outside the city centre, and there isn't much to do in the area.
