Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. In general the property was very nice.

Breakfast buffet was the exact same every day and the staff there was not attentive at all. It was questionable that many non residents hung out at the beach during the day including kids as the hotel seemed to be bookable for adults only advertising a private beach. Therefore the beach was full of cigarette butts and didn’t seem to be cleaned. All in all it’s not worth the 5*. The menu at the restaurant is quite overpriced and the food choice isn’t greek at all. At least there are many good restaurant options a short taxi drive away.

Loved the cleanliness , and the view during breakfast, so relaxing right next to the sea.Staff were very friendly , room was specious, it was such a relaxing stay overall.

We couldn't hire a car so we used taxi and walking..We wanted to hire bikes but the options were 6 or 12 hours which is a bit too much, I think for the future the bike should be charged per hour as we only wanted it to go for lunch and to come back. Nearby Restaurants were a 10 minute walk away , the hotel restaurant was limited in food and very expensive so we wanted something authentic from Perdika which was a 40 minute walk away, with a bike it took us 5 minutes. Would also have liked if the spa facilities didnt require an extra 30 euro for guests staying at the hotel.... I think that was extra...

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful setting and of very high quality. Everything was pretty much spot on and I would love to return.

My only real criticism: booking.com advertises this property as having a heated pool, which was one of the reasons I chose it because I knew the sea would be cool in early May. The pool was, in fact, absolutely FREEZING, heart-stoppingly so. It was actually warmer in the sea. A heated pool would have made it perfect. Because I was without a car, and the last bus anywhere left around 4 pm, a hotel shuttle bus service to Aegina Town would have been handy. And perhaps the option to pre-order some drinks for my in-room fridge prior to arrival - there were no shops or supermarkets within walking distance, and the bar, rather strangely, closes at 8 pm.

A large property, but probably the only one of its kind in Aegina. It was modern, comfortable with its own private beach and pool. We typically stay in smaller places, but never felt like it was an overwhelming hotel in terms of people or size.

Initially our room air conditioning wasn’t working, but we were able to change rooms easily enough. Our room and our parent’s room wasn’t cleaned one day, so there may be some organisational issues, but getting new towels was easy enough. For a large hotel; I think the breakfast could be a bit more expansive with eggs made to order for example. My parents found the pizza for lunch inedible, so I think perhaps the food quality could overall be better.

Beautiful resort with amazing seafront views. well oriented and well thought out modern architectural design. Great service of by the staff. Very Helpful and eager to please. Selection at breakfast was nice and fresh. The beach bar was the best place to ear drink and enjoy amazing sunsets. Has great Location and service and tasty cocktails. The Spa. Good massage and sauna's. The room was simple but well sorted. Comfy bad, great shower. Great view. Reception helped with anything we needed ( booking taxis and tickets).

The hot tub at the spa wasn't hot as we wanted. We asked about opening hours of a site and got incorrect info (spent 35 euro on a cab to go there ). They also offer bikes to tour the island but there are no safe routs to travel in. The festive easter dinner had great service but we did not enjoy the food as much and it was a bit expensive.

Very peaceful. Comfortable also. Beautiful setting.

Why we were charged €25 for a taxi from the port when we were able to order one for €12. Resort was probably a little too quiet for us in the evening. We were the only two at dinner. Staff a little too familiar sometimes. Also one or two were not dressed in clean clothes. Should be immaculately dressed if wanted to be five star. Finally, beach was lovely but should be patrolled more often for rubbish and to tidy beds etc.

Some polish / training related to bar wait staff Having to pay extra for amenities eg use of sauna and steam room Exercise space was nice, could improve in terms of accoutrements but also offering a mindful class eg meditation, yoga, tai-chi etc would be a wonderful addition

The resort is really nice - excellent amenities and service, modern and well-appointed rooms, and comfortable bed. Both the beach and the pool had comfortable loungers. The Breakfast buffet was delicious.

My only (but pretty significant) complaint is that the AC kept shutting off during the night. It made for restless sleep as we were hot and had to get up multiple times during the night to turn the air back on. This is the only reason I’m not giving this resort a 10. The AC issue is also the reason I didn’t give full marks on comfort.

We took 2 rooms for a family of 4 ( 2 kids) Beautiful place, staff was very nice. Recommend for a calm vacation with a beautiful view. The view is amazing and somehow although we were not alone, this place gives you a feeling of a private island. Loved the salt sea water pool but I know it is not for everyone. Breakfast was OK but dinner was amazing (not included) Don't miss the dinner at the restaurant, amazing food made by Spyros Katridis, the executive head cheff of this 5 star resort and also co-owner of Condita - a michlen restaurant in the UK. During our stay there was a great Sommelier which deserves a lot of credit for always maching a perfect wine for our dinner. If you are looking for water sport activities, you won't find any but SAP and say that as a good thing - you won't hear the noise of mottors near the sea, just the sound of the calm waves and fresh air for a great vacation.
