I hadn't planned to stay in a hotel on my trip. It certainly turned out to be the best decision I've made in a long time. The location is very central, the rooms have everything you need, the small town is very nice, the surrounding area has the most beautiful scenery/landscape to explore - and the staff in particular are the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me calmly and competently in a difficult situation (I had car problems). Although my problems were solved, I decided to stay another night. If I could, I would stay here longer. I recommend everyone not to think twice about staying here.

The hotel is a great example of simple greek old fashioned hospitality. Perfect location, quiet setting, nice staff, breakfast on demand, close to good coffee and pita cafes. The private parking space is really helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Florina makes an excellent base to explore Western Macedonia.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the most important thing for me is that it is very clean and regularly maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super helpful ,polite and kind. I stayed in the hotel with my 10-year-old son (it's a well-known thing what children are like at that age ), but the staff always helped me and satisfied our requests. The location is good ,the price is very correct and on my next visit to Florina I have no hesitation at all to stay at this hotel again.

Everything is Ok

A great choice for Florina. It is located in the centre of the city and all the amenities are around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and big. They provide shampoo,towels and everything you need. If you want to visit Florina is the best choice for staying.

The breakfast was simple and nice. Very good value for money. The staff, at the breakfast area and the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Very important, also, the private parking, very close to the hotel.

Wi-Fi, especially if you need to work with a laptop.

The hotel is at the center of Florina close to all amenities and main areas. Although it is a bit old, our room and the hotel in total were sparkling clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was what you need to start your day. We are super happy with our stay and we will come back soon.

The entire staff at this hotel are amazing

The hotel is dated. No frills, but the required basics for an enjoyable, centrally located stay in the town are offered. And Free parking!

The hotel located right next to the pedestrian zone of Florina, which is very convenient. Everything‘s nearby. The room had everything I needed, there was a powerful aircon and hot water at all times. It was spotlessly clean, in fact the cleanliness of the whole hotel was remarkable. The owner speaks English and was very kind. He let me store my bicycle in a locked room right next to the hotel, so I could even leave some of my luggage on the bicycle. Perfect! I extended my stay there and would have extended another day, if the room had been available, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. The value for the money was excellent there.

Location and staff were all excellent

The property is dated but very adequate for a stay in the town. I'd stay there again. No frills but has the essentials. And the entire front staff AND cleaning staff are EXCELLENT

The hotel is a bit dated, but we kinda liked the old school atmosphere. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location is close to everything you may need in town.

The carpet may need changing. The hotel is a bit pricey for the “old-schoolness” of it.
