The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

It's really a nice little hotel. The apartment has everything you need for a week's stay. It has a nice kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, cutlery and dishes. The room is very, very clean. There is also a large terrace. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok for 9€, and it is being paid after each one, so you need not to pay it in advance, which is good if you want to eat somewhere else. And there are really a lot of fast food, supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Nothing really about the hotel. The only complain is about the wind and the waves, which are almost a normal condition on a Crete, so one should probably rent a car, because of distant beaches and other things to visit.

Lovely room with a small kitchenette with 2 balconies. It was very hot so we didn’t use the balconies much and we’re very glad of the air conditioning. Room was nice and bright. Breakfast was available to buy and was great value, we kept some of it for lunch as there was so much! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are located in a bit of a scruffy area but it didn’t feel dangerous and the car was safe on the street. The shower didn’t work properly, it may have been blocked which resulted in it spraying everywhere and making a pool on the bathroom floor. If you want to do any cooking you have to ask for pans.a

The facilities are very modern, well equipped and the staff are very nice and helpful, it feels slightly like an oasis since the surrounding areas are not to the same level of standard. Room was spacious and very nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The downstairs café was convenient and good prices and the people serving really are lovely.

The location is a bit out of the way and in the middle of somewhere pretty uninteresting. It's ok if you are willing to walk 30 mins or take the bus. I would recommend arranging transfers to and from the airport with the hotel as we did not the first time and we got somewhat scammed for the price. I found slightly strange the way they arranged the bed sheets, not really what I would expect in a hotel.

We loved the very friendly and helpful welcome and the new and comfortable accommodation. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing our breakfast. However, the in house cafe serves an excellent breakfast for 9 euros. If you arrive late the kitchen staff offers cooked meals. There is a rain shower and an ordinary shower head. Lots of space in the bathroom, a divided lounge area from the bedroom and good TV with Netflix. We had our breakfast on the balcony and liked the retractable clothes line for hand washing. The apartment was serviced everyday so was very clean. There is an easy bus ride from the airport (nos. 6 and 12) to the accommodation. Number 1 takes you to the city centre and the airport from the accommodation. From the city is the number 2 bus to Knossos and no. 20 return. Tickets at 1 euro 10 from ticket machines zone 1.

Not easy to find a good Greek restaurant nearby but can catch a bus or taxi. We chose to eat at 3pm in town from a set menu and eat in the apartment later.

First of all, even before coming to the Heraklion, we had wonderful communication with the amazing staff of Stay365. They booked a taxi for as when we landed. The driver was expecting us at the airport. When we arrived to the hotel we were amazed by the size of our room, bed were so cozy, and the bathroom was exceptional and very clean. During the all stay, great guys working in Stay365 gave us all the important information and beyond that. They booked us a rent car at very decent price, booked us places in the best places of Heraklion. Plus the cleaning ladies even wash your dishes! Great stay, we had a such a wonderful time, my best recommendations for this amazing hotel!

The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

The structure was new, located outside the city centre (almost 10 minutes by car from Heraklion). Possibility to park the car easily and very gentle and good staff. Good breakfast in the bar near the hotel

They change the towels everyday. Anyway they didn’t wash the floor every day. Especially the bathroom will require more cleaners every day

Petros the owner was fantastic, welcoming, helpful, full of advice about traveling the island, helping us book a car etc. The room was large and with full amenities (a.c., fridge, stove, large TV etc.), and everything worked well with no issues.

It is a bit out of the main town, but for us that wasn't an issue, buses take 15 mins at most and are every 10 mins or so. Also to travel out and around Crete it is ideal as it is 5 mins to the highway.

This accomodation was simply superb value. The suite I had was replete with comfortable King-Size bed, walk-in shower, separate toilet, cooking facilities, espresso machine, couch and table space, flat-screen TV, powerful AC and full blackout curtains. Tasteful minimalist decor throughout. Spotlessly clean. With a secluded patio area to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee. The neighbourhood was really, really quiet. Had a great night's sleep and felt refreshed and raring to go. Angelo on reception was super friendly and welcoming and the accom arranged a very handy transfer from the airport for me at 20Euros.

Literally my only minor complaint is the accom is around 45mins walk from the historic centre of Heraklion, but this is a very minor quibble as the accom is that good and you are well connected by public transport, with local shops and cafes very nearby.
