Everything about the hotel was great and it looked very authentic and pretty. I particularly loved the pool and the location - just a stroll away from Frikes in a lovely valley surrounded by wooded hills. This is a place to re-charge your batteries. There was a beautiful little pebble beach a short wander out of Frikes where the sea was so clear if you wanted to swim in the sea.

Not having a car for the few days we were there meant we had to catch taxis to go anywhere other than Frikes.

We loved this family run, traditional Greek hotel, makes such a change from other large hotels. It was very comfortable, lovely and clean, we had clean towels and sheets every other day, breakfast was a good range, staff were helpful. Nicky booked our transfer taxis for us and gave us information on the island which was helpful. The pool was clean and well run although we only used it twice. The location is excellent, we didn’t hire a car and walked to a few of the surrounding villages and beaches. It was the perfect relaxing stay for us, fantastic location and just what we wanted.

nothing I didn’t like, if I had to say something, balcony very tiny, no mosquito screen on window so got bitten a lot, I prob should have kept the door closed. I had to catch 8.30 ferry so didn’t get breakfast the second day but the owner kindly made a sandwich and gave me a drink as breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30. I’m guessing this is quite a common occurrence because there’s only one ferry a day to Lefkada, be good to start it at 7.30. The property is a bit dated but nothing broken so why fix it. I would stay again without hesitation.

We adored this hotel. It was perfect for my friend and I, who stayed two weeks. Comfortable beds, a great shower and mini fridge! It was a great location for us by Frikes, and the pool bar and its food were wonderful. The hotel was impeccably clean and everyone was very friendly too. We would love to return and stay again.

The hosts are super hospital and helpful. The swimming pool wasn't too full and it's surrounded by hills. There is a huge parking spot and you are 5 Min walking from the restaurants in the port. Towels were provided clean every 2 days. The room was cleaned every day, very specious and colder (swimming pool floor). It was a very peaceful and homie environment.

The bathroom of our room was a bit tight. The bed was a bit old but not uncomfortable.

The tiny shower but water pressure was good.

We (2 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Hotel Notos. We arrived on a Sunday evening by ferry from Lefkada and had an easy walk to the hotel. Nicki was amazingly helpful, arranged a hire car for us that was there first thing Monday morning and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The hotel facilities are great, rooms very clean and comfy, aircon super for hot nights and the pool lovely after long days at the beach. It's a short walk to Frikes where we had lovely evening meals without the need to drive anywhere. Would highly recommend and hope to come back!

Pool great - close to the harbour, great mini market and pebbly beach. Breakfast good … Book with the hotel. Management great.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff were really lovely and friendly too. The pictures on booking.com don’t do it justice! Pool was big and very nice.

The only slight disadvantage if I was being picky, would be no pool towels. However there is a shop down the road that sells some.
