It is a budget option in the center of Trikala town so close to most attractions. We booked a double ensuite room which was located on the second floor (no elevator). For 35e per night we had no big complains but I wouldn’t stay more than two days. It was surprisingly peaceful which important on budget hotels/hostels. There was no breakfast but there are several restaurants and café near by. The room was small but clean, there were windows but no mosquito net (which is a problem if you want to sleep with the windows open). We had no balcony but we were there only for some hours of sleep at night. There is a closet for clothes, a small TV, a noisy fan on the ceiling (not enough for high temperatures/humidity, an A/C is needed). Bed was just ok, linen kind of old but clean. The wc/bathroom was small but also clean. The reception desk was closed most of the time but as we didn’t need anything it was ok for us. There was free wi-fi through out the place.
The only big issue here is the luck of a fridge in the room, there’s a small one outside on the hall but fails to serve everyone on busy days. They must add A/C, the ceiling fan isn’t enough on hot days

The room is spacious (for what I'm used to in Greece at this price range), the place is kept clean, the bed comfortable, the wifi was good mostly and the kitchen functional. Everything is in walking distance and Dimitris the owner was very accommodating. Definitely staying there again when visiting Trikala in the future.
The property lists a fitness center which doesn't seem to exist. Some of the photos in the listing are outdated and some show lounges and kitchen areas that don't exist or are unavailable.
