I visited with a 1 year old toddler, and this hotel was just amazing! I requested a cot, which was already ready for you when we arrived in our room, fully equipped with the duvet and a little pillow. The location was fantastic, and we could dash back to the hotel quickly when the baby needed a change, or a nap. The breakfast choices were great too, and high chair was always brought to our table quickly. The swimming pool was also amazing, with the warm shallow pool on the side. The pool was in the shade in the afternoon after 4ish, and we could enjoy the pool without having to worry about the baby being exposed to the sun. Apart from being an amazing hotel for a family, the facility was lovely, staff was attentive, and I had such amazing time. I would definitely recommend it to any of our family and friends.

The only hiccup (and I say only, as this was the only downside which was NOT the hotel’s fault) was when we were trying to catch a taxi back to the airport. The taxi company was super busy and couldn’t send anyone for over an hour. We were very worried that we were going to miss the flight, but the staff was very helpful trying to find a different taxi company, and constantly trying their phone line. I would recommend pre-booking a taxi in Kos, as I found out this was often the case at busy times.

Lovely modern hotel with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was a good choice and the filter coffee served was the best I have had. The pool was a nice temperature and the sunbeds comfortable. We ate at the local restaurants but the snacks and food looked very nice. I have stayed in many hotels in Kos town and this is an excellent newly renovated year round hotel only 10 minutes walk from the port, main shops and restaurants. Well done, and thank you to you all for a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location was very good. In general, the staff and service were v friendly. The cleaning staff worked so hard in hot climate& did a wonderful job. Very accommodating for baggage hold, booking shower after check out. Good choice at breakfast except cereal.

Some consierge staff had lack of knowledge of area. Breakfast was v good but for a four star resort, I was disappointed that cappuccino was not on offer. The restaurant atmosphere in eve / bar was poor/too quiet & pricey! Not as spacious in room as portrayed on website. Poor view from my balcony. Didn't quite live up to luxury as shown on website

Our stay at Blue Lagoon was wonderful. We had a lovely time. The rooms were just like on the pictures. Airconditioning works well. And it’s extremely clean everywhere in the hotel. There’s a gym (beware of the opening hours). An indoor pool, outdoor pool. Breakfast is really extensive. You can take something different everyday. We ate at the restaurant of the hotel 3-4 times. During the day they have a snack menu and at night a dinner menu. Both are lovely. Food is always good but the prices of the dinner menu are on the high side. More like belgian/dutch prices. But it’s always lovely and quickly prepared. Staff were always super friendly and accommodating. We were happy that we choose this hotel.

You can’t choose to pick a double bed and/or room by the pool. The staff said that if you have a preference for that you should add it in commentary when you book your hotelroom.

beautiful small hotel, comfortable bed , spotless clean and friendly staff that’s can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable ,a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and shopping area

people reserving beds and not using them most of the day very unfair to the other people staying there that would like to use the pool and relax policy of no reserving beds not enforced , easy fix would be a sign and a warning that if your gone more than two hours towels will be removed and have a bin there for them to collect them after they have been Removed it leaves beds free for people coming and going at different times of the day

This hotel should be a five star hotel! it is spotless and the staff are just so pleasant! I will most definitely be returning without a doubt ! The beds were so comfy room was spacious with a double sink shower and tiolet all seperate ! The pool was beautiful open from 9am until 6 with bar food ice cream and drinks available! Tea and coffee were available in the rooms also !! I enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly and never once had to look for tea or coffee ! ! Michael the waiter was lovely as were all staff and the lady manager so helpful! There is nothing I would change or ask for as everything was available ! Brilliant stay 😀

nothing to dislike

All the staff were great - super friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Michael in particular - Michael was always happy and smiling, he really made our stay at Blue Lagoon :) The hotel is beautifully decorated, very modern, and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast wasn't huge but had plenty of choice and there seemed to be different things every day. There was lots of fruit, yoghurt, salad, cheeses, cereals, fresh breads, pastries, cakes, pancakes, nuts and seeds, and English brekkie type stuff too - sausage, beans, bacon, egg. The dining room is a lovely place to start the day; it's very light and airy and is very well looked after by all the morning staff. We also ate at the hotel a couple of evenings, the spaghetti aglio e olio was absolutely delicious! The pool area is lovely, with great sun loungers that are all very new and clean. Our room was wonderful - modern, spacious and very clean. The balcony was quite big, it was nice to have a table and chairs out there. Lots of wardrobe/storage space in the room too. Excellent location - a few minutes walk to the old town and to the harbour. If we returned to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't an iron and ironing board in the room, which would have been handy.

Lovely and clean with a fantastic pool and friendly staff. Close to town, great location.

Acoustics were a bit lacking in terms of sound insulation—could hear every word uttered by guests passing in the hallway. Also, getting a pool towel required a 10 euro CASH deposit. Why? Never seen a hotel with such a policy. I understand if there’s a problem with towel theft—but a credit card hold should suffice. And for the charge, only one towel issued per day. In other words, you can’t exchange a wet towel from your morning swim for a dry one for your afternoon swim. Hmm.

Perfect hotel, very clean, modern. Great choice for breakfast, good central location not far down to beach and shops. One thing I was very very impressed with was when checking out, the flight was 12 hours later, but no problem in storing the bags, using the pool and even the use of a room to shower before leaving for the flight. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Maybe a extra pillow on the bed, only one pillow each for the both of us, having said this, I'm sure if I asked reception for an extra pillow or two they would have provided.

Lovely room, staff and excellent pool bar staff. All very friendly and helpful. All requests were actioned straight away. Great choices for breakfast.

I feel we were overcharged at 45euros for a large taxi(4 + small child) to take us to the ferry which is about 8 minutes from hotel. Hotel requested we pay reception. Other family members paid taxi direct which was 15euros.
