We stayed as a family of 6 adults for five days. We were surprised by the hotel! A beautiful and well-kept hotel, very clean, excellent service, the food was great, very varied and fresh, the sous chef was very helpful, and despite kosher restrictions, we were able to find plenty of vegetarian food, I would also like to mention the kind service of the reception staff, the lovely Helen, and Petma Mashrut The customers, all the kind waiters in the dining room, Sofia, Michaela and of course Albina, our chambermaid.. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel exceeded all expectations with its incredible amenities and the staff provided a fantastic experience. The occasion was truly special as I proposed to my partner. From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, and I couldn't have asked for more. I must mention Fatma, who was an absolute delight. She was always available to assist and there was never a request too difficult for her. She flawlessly organized the proposal, which left us breathless. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

My stay at the Hotel Pelagos in Kos was entirely positive and exceeded all my expectations. From arrival to departure everything was perfectly organized and all the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. They were thoroughly cleaned every day and the facilities left nothing to be desired. The view from the room balcony of the gardens, the pool and the pool bar were great. The culinary offerings at Hotel Pelagos are very good. The buffet offers a diverse selection of fresh and delicious food, including both international and local Greek specialties. The gardens are lovingly landscaped and very well maintained. The pool areas are spacious and invite you to relax. There are plenty of loungers and even “chilled” seating options where you can sit with your feet in the water in the bar area. To get to the beach you have to cross a street. However, it is hardly used. This side of Kos is a bit windy. You can see beautiful water waves and hear the wonderful sound of the sea. The hotel has its own beach area with free loungers, drinks and changing rooms. A special thank you goes to the guest relations manager Fatma. With her warm and courteous manner she really made my stay unforgettable. Especially on the day of check-in. Thank you!!! Her EMPATHY, kindness, professionalism and FLEXIBLE THINKING are exceptional. I can recommend the Hotel Pelagos without any reservations.

Everything was brilliant! The place was fab and neat, the room was quiet, bed was comfortable. We had two balconies, the bedroom was separate from the sitting area, two TV and 2 showers. Pool was relaxing and neat. Great for families with little kids. Their private beach was pristine. Food was delicious.

The Spa area charges 20€ per person for the use of indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Their spa is underwhelming. Not worth the price as they have 5 lovely outdoor pools. It should have been complimentary especially for a 5-star hotel. TV should have netflix installed, although they have HDMI cable.

We spent a brilliant 8 days at Pelagos with our 7 and 9 year old daughters. The hotel is very stylish and quite compact - our daughters were happy pottering around on their own to grab drinks, hot dogs, and ice creams! The food generally was great, with lots of variety. We barely left the pool the whole time, with two decent water slides and plenty of space for swimming and games. All the staff were lovely. The animation team were fantastic, led by the endless energy of Dominica. We were really impressed by the talents of the whole team, who never stopped and were extremely friendly and kind. We’d recommend the live music in the lounge area, which was always sparsely attended but a lovely way to end a day. Sunsets on the beach were another highlight.

Just one minor grumble about the extra charges for things like better sun loungers, OJ, or coffee… but we quickly got over it.

Pelagos Hotel is an amazing hotel. Every details are selected carefully. Staff, foods, facilility are flawless. We would like to thank Pavlina, Mikel and Marina, who made our holiday beautiful with their service and smiling faces in the restaurant. Also, Vagilis, who works at the bar by the sea, definitely deserves acknowledgment for his pleasant conversation and great cocktails. Finally, the customer relations manager, Fatma! You are amazing. Your property is very close to Bodrum Turkey. And as you know just with ferry 20 minutes Bodrum. So why don't you have Turkish TV channel. I travel a lot To Greece. In Athens, In Thessaloniki in 5 star and 4-star hotels have TV channels. this is annoying Turkish guests. for Turkish channels you don't have to have satellite also. ıf you search you will find because it is so close. Iam half Turkish, half Greek by the way.

Breakfast at the italian restaurant was excellent and very Relaxing - The whole idea to have that adult area with the suites is great idea .

The food in the island restaurant is fine for families And ok for a couple of days - But the quality of food wasnt good enough to get older People with money to want to stay The idea of the seperate Italian restaurant would work if the food was better . Better in fact it was poor a

This was my third time at Pelagos and just like before, everything was exceptionally good. The food is awesome both in means of variety and also the taste. Everything smells of luxury and nature, which is the ideal combination for me. Also the staff is always kind, helpful, and informed. So definitely recommend to travellers of all ages!

Everything was already great so I cannot think of anything negative. Maybe I can only say that it is not the ideal choice for someone who travels alone and wants to "party" since guests are mostly families.

Nice welcome, the team tried to find solution concerning request for a room adapted to a baby. Nice family room, quiet, spacious, clean ; large and confortable bed. Food : a lot of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. All dishes are identified (vegetarian vegan meat fish egg ...). Delicious. We appreciated it. Restaurant very well decorated, clean, confortable. Staff : respectfull, animation team energic (yoga, fitness, ...), attention to our baby by all staff/area for baby ... . We enjoyed our all inclusive stay ; food, cabana with service (fruits), pool, proximity to the beach 2min / bus for city, the permission to use the pool after check-out ... . Thank you !
