This is the best place to stay in Sisi and in this part of Crete. The hotel is cozy and family-like, you feel like home there. Everything is clean and beautiful, room is very convenient, food is great. We stayed for a week and would love to stay for one more. There are two good pools, bar with nice cocktails. Once a week you can take part in Greek night for extra price – it is a great fun and is provided with a fantastic dinner. There is a good beach in 15 min walk from the hotel and it's worth a walk. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, car rentals, tavernas, souvenir shops. I highly recommend Costello as it is a place that will provide everything you want for a nice and calm vacation. Staff is helpful and very friendly. We will miss this place very much

Location perfect for exploring the locality. Room was clean and comfortable and the shower/bathroom really spacious and modern. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Pool area had plenty of loungers and bars served a good range of cocktails. All in a good value hotel for what was on offer.

If I stayed again I would not want a room overlooking the pool as we sometimes wanted to relax on the balcony in the evening which wasn’t possible with loud music, quizzes and karaoke going on. The good news was it did not go on too late. The balcony was very small and no privacy.

View from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast there but food was good. Great location. In small town with plenty of tavernas and restaurants overlooking sea.

Better welcome pack of tea etc., would be good. Pools not heated. Too cold for me to use.

This is a clean hotel with very nice and polite staff. The breakfast is good and a great variety of different things to eat, like yoghurt, eggs, bread and pancakes.

The wifi is not good, it was very slow and I was not able to check-in. Another thing we didn't like was the smoking at the breakfast and at the pool. It's not nice to smell it as an non-smoker.

Room was lovely- recommend booking a sea view as the sunset from the hotel each night was lovely. Ella at the beach bar was amazing and the Pilate instructor Sofia did amazing classes in the garden and the pool.

Welcome on arrival was very negative from one member of staff on reception and really shouldn't be front of house in my opinion- the rest were fab across all the hotel as was everything else. If you want a sea view make sure you pay for one as there is a lot of rooms without!

Realtively quiet resort. Good opportunities for dining out.

The Hotel was perfectly positioned in a beautiful resort. The all inclusive Breakfast, lunch and dinner did the job every day. Some dishes really shined and dessert area never let you down. excellent local beer and choice of cocktails and spirits. And a big thank you for the weather! topped off a perfect week, Thank you.

only gripe was the Side seaview room description has now lost 90% of the seaview as another Hotel complex has been built next door. BUT we had the most amazing Sunsets all week so really can't complain.

Sea View, coffee machine, soft beds. Parking outside the front door. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Resort has obviously ironed out all the kinks in the facility and it shows.

I just completed a one night stay at this property. Service is excellent! Everyone that works heres seems really happy & want to do anything they can to help you. The restaurant is a real asset for the property. Very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was great with a lot of variety. keep up the good work!

The hotel was very nice, directly on the beach. The staff was very friendly. Also the rooms and the food were perfect. Would love to come back again :)
