We had a great time at Nep, location is just amazing, very close to all boat trips in Mandraki Harbour, shops, restaurants and bakeries all around. The staff was exceptional especially the beautiful Lady Gaga lookalike (you'll see what I mean when you get there), and in general everyone was helpful, friendly and with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was plentiful and provided a good start for the day (eggs, bacon, feta, cold meats, tomatoes, obviously cereals, even some freshly baked croissants/pastries and different varieties of melon to complete your Mediterranean diet). Cleaning is done every 2 days, fresh towels and toiletries top-up, you don't need to constantly ask for it as it frustratingly happens in other hotels. Forgot to mention, handy bar downstairs, you can have a drink, chill and watch the world go by. Overall for 2 stars is a great and practical stay, highly recommend.

Anastasia,the manager & Marie,the bar manager were absolutely brilliant,I couldn't have asked for a better team! They were so friendly & welcoming & couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to the main town,port & main bus stop in one direction & in the other direction its another 5-10 minutes walk to the beech and Casino Rodes which guests stopping at NEP Center hotel have access to there swimming pool. Yes I would definitely go back to NEP Center hotel with out a second thought. Once again a huge,big thank you to both Anastasia & Marie. Nick.

The staff are so lovely, genuine and sincere hosts that all speak English. Always willing to assist and help with anything required. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the city centre and between the swimming beach and the old town. 5 minutes to anywhere. Fully serviced rooms. There's a bar for afternoon drinks. Complimentary breakfast by the lovely Fontini. You'll be very well looked after. It's owned and ran by locals and It's extremely modestly priced. Highly recommended 👌

The location of this hotel could not have been better. It is only about 3 blocks from the bus stop in the center of Rhodes and just about three blocks from the Antonio Gate to the Old Town. I actually stayed here one night after arriving from the airport after 11:00 PM and then took a ferry to the island of Patmos for several days and then returned to this hotel for an additional 8 nights. Kudos to the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was VERY good. If/when I ever return to the Island of Rhodes, I would definitely stay here. Room was basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom shower was a bit tricky but manageable.

Ver old door system. Doors make lot of noise when opened and closed. not nice if your neighbor is leaving early morning.

Great location of this hotel which is easy to find and advertised. Everything you need on your doorstep for food, drink and shopping. Within easy walking distance to all attractions to the north of the island and the bus station which would take you to the airport and water park is 5 mins walk away. Quick and easy check in, good sized room with balcony, air con, bedding, towels, toiletries and mini fridge all included. Small breakfast which was a mix of cereal, toast and cooked but enough to get you started. Bar to front of property. Nice local area. Overall excellent value for money and nobody should be disappointed on what you get for what you pay to stay.

Noise at night. Don’t know if the music came from the hotel or nearby but could hear every word and beat of every song with doors/windows closed. Fell asleep easy enough but some would perhaps struggle or find the music choice not to their liking.

Very good value for money, staff is nice and helpful, perfect location in the new town, in the street with shops and just 10 minutes from the walls/ old town. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast is also good

It was a bit loud in the night due to the music coming from the bars around. The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment and the breakfast room is bit small and crowded with lot of guests, but overall is perfect value for money

The location could not be better. You are only about 2 city blocks from the bus station and only about 5 city blocks from the Antonio Gate of the Old Town. A perfect spot for exploring the city of Rhodes. The room was adequate and the internet worked VERY well. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. Staff was very helpful and they always had a smile for you. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if/when I return to Rhodes.

I had no issues with the property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location in the new town was good, giving access to the modern shops and restaurants, while also being only ten minutes walk from the walls of the old town and the bus station. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. There was a very large TV in the room, and the WiFi was strong and fast.

Loud music from the adjacent bars and clubs went on until beyond 1:00am, but after our first night we got used to it and we were able to sleep through it. The room was quite small but adequate.
